Kripp's Potion Port Vanessa Build
Overview
Kripp’s Port Vanessa opens up a new way to approach The Bazaar. Instead of carefully scouring vendors in search of the perfect items, you aim to grab the
Port and let fate decide what comes next!
Port RNG can take you in many directions, but what you’ll often want to see are Potions. Potions are typically single-use Ammo items with powerful effects such as Hasting your entire board or Slowing the enemy’s board.
However, instead of being limited to just one cast, Port ensures an endless supply of Potions! There’s some wild possibilities with this build, so embrace Lady Luck and keep the supply chain running!

How to Put a Port Build Together
When you queue Vanessa with a Port build in mind, your starting build can be pretty flexible. The most important thing is looking to get ahead early. This will make it easier to pivot once you can track down your
Port. If you’re feeling lucky, the
Shovel can be another great early item in order to have more chances at cross-Hero items.
In either case, the entire premise of this build solely relies on finding Port as soon as possible. The sooner you get it, the more opportunities you have for it to generate items at the start of each day. A lot of these can be duds, so you’ll want as many chances as possible to hopefully acquire better loot.
Additionally, the sooner you find a Port, the faster you can upgrade it. Upgrading your
Port is super important because it changes the rarity of the items you receive. Considering many of its items come from a different Hero, you’ll ideally want them created at Gold or Diamond tier. It’s much more difficult to upgrade cross-Hero items.
Overall, unlike most builds which are more structured in their assembly, the nature of Port leads to a wide variety of setups depending on how everything comes together. Try to find the best combination of offense and disruption, and with a little luck, it should all be smooth sailing!
Patch 0.1.9 reworked the way that certain enchantments work, allowing many items that generate other items to pass on their applicable enchants. This is a massive buff to Port, allowing you to capitalize and get crazy value from your level 10 enchantment.

Supportive Items and Skills
Harpoon
Since Harpoon is a Medium and Aquatic item, it’s pretty easy to find! What’s normally a one-time destroy on a long Cooldown becomes a multi-item destroy at Charge speed.
Port expands, reloads, and Charges the
Harpoon repeatedly.
Harpoon can absolutely dismantle certain builds that rely on key Small items, often turning what would be a ridiculous build into something completely helpless.
Frost Potion
Frost Potion is one of the best Ammo items that the
Port can generate. Freeze is the most powerful disruption in the game, and having the ability to Freeze multiple items at once is absolutely nuts!
Combined with Port you can sometimes lock down your opponent’s Small items at all times, aside from anything that has a Radiant enchant. At that point, how you decide to kill them is entirely up to you.
Energy Potion
Energy Potion keeps the build running at optimal speeds, all the time. Permanent Haste is incredibly strong, especially when it’s applied to ALL your items!
Energy Potion has seen considerable nerfs over the game's history, making higher tiers much more relevant now. You'll ideally want to have a Gold or Diamond tier in order to help ensure the Haste duration doesn't wear off (usually due to enemy Slows/Freezes).
Battery
Battery goes one step further than Haste by Charging the
Port, which in turn, Charges all your other items. It's a pretty ridiculous synergy given the continuous Reload, as it allows the
Battery to keep running without ever burning out.
Barnacle Crusted
Barnacle Crusted is a great source of Cooldown reduction for
Port. While it may not have many other applications with your generated Ammo items, it's a good way to help ensure
Port can Reload in time. If playing a
Harpoon variant it gets even better!
Big Ego
Big Ego is really useful for the Lifesteal sustain it offers.
Port builds often include a ton of disruption and utility, but can occasionally feel a bit squishy depending on what else you find. It only applies to Weapon variants, but it's fantastic alongside them.
Quick Freeze
Quick Freeze is always a solid pickup along with any other Freeze skills the build can support (Potions often help enable varying types). Combining Freeze skills with
Frost Potion can often create an early lockout, allowing you time to get a huge early lead.
