In The Bazaar, good players know certain play lines to target, but the best players are able to recognize rare opportunities to capitalize on.
Pygmalien is designed to have zero Poison items or synergy, but Kripparian was able to get a perfect 10-0 victory with a Poison Pygmalien build.
Due to its rarity, we recommend using this guide more as a reference for how to pivot, rather than as a step-by-step recipe.

Core Combos and Synergies
Bushel + Uwashiwali Bird Starter
This build's play line might be hard to pull off if you had previously been building toward an aggressive Pyg variant, but is quite viable if you had a tankier start.
This is because Poison Pyg is ultimately a stall + attrition build that looks to outlast your opponent rather than bursting them down ASAP.
In this particularly run, Kripparian started off with the classic Bushel + Uwashiwali Bird combo. This pairing allows Pygmalien to build toward both Healing and Shielding as the Bushel instantly Shields whenever you heal.
By combining that with Properties, the Ushiwali Bird gains Multicast (this build reached 5x) which is absolutely insane with instant effects like Bushel's.
Also note that Kripparian was able to turn his Bird into a Shielded one, granting his build additional survivability, but that's more of a win-more bonus than a necessity for this build.

The Poison Pivot
The key to this build is that since Pygmalien doesn't have any Poison items in his item pool, you'll find six Enchanted Items offered at the Knightshade vendor if you see them.
On Day 7 of his run, with 35 gold, Kripparian was able to purchase Toxic Landscraper and Toxic Globe from Knightshade.
Toxic Landscraper works perfectly with the Bushel + Bird combo since it also procs off of the Multicasts (while also buffing its Multicast # as a Property).
Toxic Snowglobe is another Property which contributes to the Bird while also getting a bonus itself for being adjacent to Properties. The Freeze effect is the perfect compliment to a Poison Pyg build as it gives both your defense and Poison time to stack.
Lastly, Toxic Rope was upgraded at the Murkwood Bayou, offering even more scaling to the build's win condition.

Supportive Items and Skills
Extract
In any Poison build, you're going to want to hit up Curio and PvE encounters like Viper, Viper Tyrant, Enclave Weeper, and Joyful Jack to find Extracts to help you scale.
Delay Skills
Whether you're playing Freeze, Poison, or stall builds in general, delay skills are usually a solid choice.
In this particular run, Kripparian found Bonk (dropped from the Thug encounter) and Lethargy, which both increase your enemy's Cooldowns.
You may notice that Lethargy also affects your own board, but due to Multicast and the instant procs from your items, it's an advantage in your favor in most matchups.
Other skills related to Slow and Freeze can likely also work depending on what you're finding.
