The Super Scaling Heal Engine
Vineyard is the glue that holds this build together. Its Healing triggers off of every individual item use, making it excellent with Multicast and low Cooldowns.
Since its actual Healing value is based on its sell value, it’s important to try and pick it up early. Like many other Properties, Vineyard gains value at the start of each hour, meaning the later you find it, the weaker its Heal.
However, thanks to another key item of this build, even if you grab it late in the run, you’ll still be able to scale it to absurdly high levels of Healing.
Kripp’s Vineyard is definitely the pinnacle of what you can find, as he was incredibly lucky to find an Icy enchant for it. However, the Pacifist build still has great defensive capabilities even without its perma-Freeze effect.

While Healing is the core strategy of the build, Bushel offers some much needed padding in the form of Shield. After all, unless you have a huge amount of health, it’s always possible that your opponent could outright kill you with a couple timely big hits (or Crits!) before you get the chance to heal in between.
Bushel combined with Vineyard allows you to scale insane amounts of Shield, all while doing the same thing you already plan to do; spam Heals.

If you pick up a Bushel early on and happen to see the event called “A Strange Mushroom”, you can actually scale a ton of permanent Shield buffs very early on.
It’s worth noting that Kripp scaled a ton of Shield onto his Bushel by the end of the game. Adding 10 Shield may not look like much relative to the above image, but relative to the base item’s stats, it’s a huge buff worth taking!
The backbone of just about every Heal build is Weights. While Vineyard is the glue that holds the build together, Weights offers the scaling needed to carry it all the way to the end.
Scaling 20 Heal per use may not appear amazing, but its passive text is what makes it truly shine.
“When you Heal while at max health, Charge this 2 second(s).”
At the rate of Healing this build creates, Weights will be triggering every 1-2 seconds, meaning all your items will scale to insane numbers.
Weights also has fantastic synergy with Bushel. All the Shield generation helps keep you at max health so that Weights will continue to Charge upon each Heal.
Make Weights a priority upgrade across all your items. Most notably, its Charge effect only grows to two seconds once it reaches Diamond tier.

Lastly wrapping up our Healing core, we have everybody’s favorite bird. Despite its nerfs, it’s still the best single-slot Healing item.
Even with only 2x Multicast, its low Cooldown allows it to proc each on-Heal effect, making it the main enabler for the build.
