Ice Cream Truck + Weather Glass Combo

Weather Glass builds are pretty flexible by design. Specific items are less important, it’s the tags they contain.

Each ability you have access to grants the Weather Glass +1 Multicast. Scale this up to its maximum of five casts and you’ll stack up a ton of Burn and Poison every cast!

The easiest way to find the Weather Glass is from the Tool vendor, Orion. You can also find it at Medium shops, although the item pool is much wider making it harder to come by.

Or if you’re lucky like Kripp, you’ll pick it up as a random Poison item (random Burn item works too).

Of the four abilities, Freeze is definitely the hardest one to come by, but thanks to Kripp’s chance encounter with the Chilly Charles PvE encounter, not only did he acquire a Freeze item, he crafted a new build!

Ice Cream Truck is a decent item alongside many non-Weapon items, but it absolutely works wonders with Multicast. Each cast triggers its passive Charge effect individually, allowing Weather Glass to continuously keep it running.

With this combo, the Ice Cream Truck can actually lockdown multiple items at once before their Freeze wears off. By keeping the enemy board frozen, it buys enough time for your Burn and Poison to tick down till their defeat!

Haste is an extremely important tool for accelerating this build. Burn/Poison strategies inherently require more time in order to win, so it’s vital to get started ASAP!

Astrolabe combined with the Multicast from Weather Glass essentially creates a permanent Haste uptime on both items. You just need to survive until the first cast.

These three Small items (Catfish, Clamera, and Lighter) are the Poison/Slow/Burn enablers for Weather Glass.

Each one is replaceable if needed, but they are some of the better common choices.

Weather Glass Enablers

Aside from your usual Burn or Poison buff skills, there aren’t any mandatory skills in order to make this build function.

However, thanks to Ice Cream Truck’s Large size, Flanking Fire becomes a huge boost to an already powerful Weather Glass. In Kripp’s run this actually scaled up to 26 extra Burn since his Weather Glass had a Fiery enchantment.

Another skill with great synergy is Juggler. It’s a rare one to come by since it drops from the Trash Titan PvE encounter, but if you happen to get it, your Ice Cream Truck will be charging like crazy!
