Overview

Fruit Press is a unique archetype that Destroys its own board to continously double its Damage. With a little upfront investment, it doesn't take long to reach one-shot potential!

Assembling this build isn't too difficult as it only truly relies on one item. As long as Fruit Press shows up in time, you can usually fill up the rest of the board.

Example Early Game Path

Note: Jules builds have extremely contextual positioning due to the RNG placement of the Stoves and Coolers. Your mileage may vary.

Core Synergies

  • Fruit Press takes advantage of fast Food items to eventually scale and reach one-shot kill potential. While this archetype operates in a unique way, many of its components are commonly found across multiple Jules builds. So if you happen to find Fruit Press, pivoting may come naturally.
  • Instant Noodles and Banu Leaves are both spammy Food items that don't require any upgrades to be useful.
  • Butter and Hot Sauce are the Multicast items of choice. Baked Potato and/or Pancakes can be included when Stove slots are available.
  • Black Pepper helps accelerate the board by Charging Fruit Press and other Food items (usually a Multicast one).
  • Coffee provides a reliable targeted Haste effect for Fruit Press.

Tips & Tricks

  • It's very important to have some base Damage on Fruit Press in order to greatly accelerate its doubling capabilities.
    • Left-Handed and/or Right-Handed are a great choice. Epicurean Chocolate also works very well if found early.
  • Pasta Maker can be picked up as a source of income, provided you have the Stash space.

Example Mid Game Additions

Core Synergies

  • Slushee makes good use of the Cooler slot (which often isn't needed), and adds a bit of disruption to the Food spam/Damage scaling plan.
  • Continue looking for fast/Multicast Food items. If you can't find upgrades for those that reduce in Cooldown, consider finding replacements.

Tips & Tricks

  • Fruit Press is the top priority for upgrades as it will considerably improve the Damage scaling.
  • Cookbook can be worth grabbing if you have lower tier Food in need of upgrades.
  • Chocolate Coin is basically always worth buying for the extra source of Gold.
  • Fortune Cookie grants extra skills, and should only be avoided if you lack time to complete its Quest.

  • Pizza
  • Salt

End Game Build Breakdown

Core Synergies

  • Fruit Press generally retains the same components from beginning to end, so there isn't a lot to look for in the late game.
    • Dishwasher is the one main exception, as it's a great way to amplify your Damage further.
    • Oven may be used alongside Dishwasher (replacing many Small Food items), but only if your base Damage is high enough.

Tips & Tricks

  • Prioritize improving the base Damage of Fruit Press, and finding a reliable source of Crit when possible. Then optimize for speed.
  • Do note that this build lacks defenses outside of a Restorative/Shielded enchant, or specific skills. Aim to delete the opponent as fast as possible!
