Overview

Destruction strategies are far and few between the many existing builds in The Bazaar. It's usually a race to scale up as much power as possible, or blast the opponent before they ever get the chance.

However, rather than trying to beat your opponent at their own game, why not change the rules all together?

If the enemy doesn't have a board, they no longer get to play. Making this a devastating feat if you can pull it off.

Check out Kripp's full to see him dive deep past Day 10, and assembling the Dam Submarine combo.

Core Combos and Synergies

Aquatic Destruction

Dam is a unique item that can completely demolish the board. Everything of Small or Medium size can't hold up to its destruction, putting the opponent on the clock to win before it goes off.

While the Dam will destroy your own board as well, it will leave behind the Submarine which can hopefully end the fight on its own. Against boards without Large items this is almost assured so long as you can pull it off, but you do need to be cautious of Large Weapons.

A 24 second Cooldown is obviously very long, meaning you'll need a fast and reliable way to accelerate the timer. It's extremely important to get a Diamond Dam, as this will allow every used Aquatic item to Charge it by two seconds. It's a considerable time difference from the one second at Gold.

Submarine

Submarine is the critical component for both accelerating the Dam and ensuring you can win afterwards. Its low Cooldown and combined Damage/Shield makes it a solid pickup early on, while having great potential to become a late game threat with enough reliable scaling.

Kripp's Submarine was enchanted with Radiant. This can be a make or break difference depending on the matchup and should be heavily prioritized when given the choice between enchantments. Without it, you run a great risk of Submarine being disrupted which can wreck the entire game plan.

Shadowed Cloak

Shadowed Cloak is a key component that both Hastes and scales the Submarine. This keeps things churning as quick as possible, making the Dam's long Cooldown actually quite reasonable.

Kripp had a Heavy enchant on his Shadowed Cloak, giving the build an excellent source of Slow. This helps delay the opponent's items, leaving less time for them to act before the Dam is unleashed.

Supportive Items and Skills

Silencer

Silencer adds some extra Damage to the Submarine and greatly reduces its Cooldown. Speed is the most important part of this strategy, because you're essentially fighting with seven items to their ten (until the Dam goes off).

Aside from Dam, Silencer should always be the priority upgrade target. The good thing is you'll likely have access to Silencer earlier, giving you more opportunities to upgrade it before Dam has even been acquired. The extra Cooldown reduction is far more valuable than a bit of extra base stats on the Submarine.

Pearl

Pearl fills the final slot as a very fast Small Aquatic item. Its Shield comes second to everything else, as really the entire purpose is just getting Dam to activate as soon as possible.

Upgrades are irrelevant since only the activation speed matters. Don't feel the need to search vendors because even a Bronze tier will do just fine.

Flashy Pilot

Flashy Pilot is actually one of the strongest Crit scaling skills in the game. However, the downside is it's limited to Vehicles, which aren't exactly common.

However, alongside Submarine this is an incredibly fast and reliable way to reach 100% Crit. In this particular build it's even more
effective than Building Crescendo, as you realistically only have two active items (not including the Dam).

Improvised Weaponry

Improvised Weaponry is your reliable form of scaling and gets twice the value with Submarine. It's especially important against matchups with Large items, as they can likely still contest against you after the Dam goes off.

At that point you can't rely on Shadowed Cloak or Silencer, so Improvised Weaponry comes in clutch. Plus even if the enemy lost their entire board, if they happened to stack up enough Burn/Poison, you may need to end the fight before the sandstorm kicks in.

Blizzard

Blizzard is a really powerful skill dropped by the Frost Street Champion PvE Encounter. It applies an immediate Freeze to all non-Weapon items at the start of the game. While this will slightly hinder your items, in most cases it should be worse for your opponent.

This allows the Submarine to get a head start and start Hasting/scaling before any other items can act. In Kripp's case, it's also applying Slows to the board, making the opponent have an even rougher start from the get go. Exactly what this build wants!
