Cybersecurity's early game, it has become a strong option for Dooley.
The goal of this build with be to stack as much power in one or a few big hits from Cybersecurity.
This build relies on being able to charge it through the use of either or both 
Battery and 
Fiber Optics.
This build is very similar to a 
Railgun build which allows some flexibility when starting with 
Weaponized Core, 
The Core or 
Critical Core.
Most end builds will be stacking small short cool-down weapon or tech items to charge a Weaponized Core in order to buff Cybersecurity as much as possible while the combo of Uzi, Fiber Optics and Battery allow you to hit as soon and often as possible. The rest of the board should be used to slow your opponent down of further accelerate and scale your damage spike.
Try to enchant Cybersecurity with Obsidian (damage), Deadly (Crit chance) or Shiny (Multicast) if possible.
Make sure your Battery is NOT enchanted with anything that could absorb buffs from skills affecting the rightmost item. Healing, shielding, damaging, burning and poisoning enchantments should be avoided on Battery specifically.
The ultimate variation uses Robotic Factory to double hit with Cybersecurity. The recent addition of Hologram Projector can allow you to duplicate Fiber Optics to double its efficiency. Using this along with Battery will require to be mindful about your item positioning.
Cybersecurity is the main item in this build, try to get it early and upgrade it as soon as possible. Make sure not to use any other friend along with it.
Weaponized Core will be your favored core as its damage bonus will be multiplied by Cybersecurity's effect.
The Core can be used as an alternative but the build might lack damage to finish the opponent off in some stage of the game.
Battery and Uzi are easy to find items that have a good synergy with this build, upgrade Battery as much as possible, Uzi is fine staying as silver or even bronze since fights are really short.
Fiber Optics can charge Cybersecurity or Battery very efficiently using Uzi as the leftmost item.
Critical Core can be a decent option that I tend to avoid since you can easily go over 100% crit chance and lose value while you can never have too much damage and charge scaling.
Any small weapon or tech items allowing to charge Cybersecurity and Weaponized Core are to be prioritized.
Nitro, Lightbulb, GPU, 
Laser Pistol, 
Arc Blaster, Cool LEDs (if using a core) and Hologram Projector are the best options usually.
Weapons and crit skills are really good at scaling Cybersecurity further, prioritizing buffing your rightmost item with 
Right Eye and 
Right-Handed but also anything that can increase damage such as 
Deadly Eye, 
Keen Eye, 
Strength.
Firepower can be extremely strong if you didn't get the opportunity to ascend to a Robotic Factory version, especially with the short cool-down on an upgraded The Core.
Buddy System and 
Tiny Dancer are both good option to efficiently reduce Cybersecurity's cool-down as their conditions do not require any change to be made most of the time.
