Although Dooley has a lot of scaling builds, that doesn't mean he isn't able to get those 10 day wins!
There are many, many different versions of this build but ultimately it revolves around stacking as much Damage on your Core as possible throughout the fight.
If you aren't able to find upgrades to your Core early, or any skills that will help you ramp Damage throughout the fight, then you can find yourself in a little bit of trouble and struggling to recover.
Example 10 Win Board
Core Damage Stacker
Main Engine
The Core
The main event in this build is The Core. When we're using this as our main damage we want to put as many items as possible to the left of this and get them to cast as often as possible to Charge it. You can pick anything as long as it has a low cooldown or synergizes with your Damage ramp.
Damage Stacker
Now our Core will be casting continuously with it being Charged, we need to increase it's Damage. There are a huge amount of different items and skills that can achieve this, but in this example we're using Sharp Corners as our damage stacker. This increases our Core damage when our other items Shield so we have to put more shield items into our build.
Supporting Items
There are not many specific items that are required for this build to function and most will depend on the type of Damage stacker that you have.
Uzi
Your Uzi will also benefit from all the damage stacking you have but it's an extremely low cooldown which makes the Core Charge. If you have Duct Tape it will also Shield to buy you a little more time. It doesn't have a lot of ammo but most fights will be over much quicker anyway.
Metronome
Since the Core will be Charged so often the Metronome will constantly trigger. You can either put a stronger, slower item the other side to make it cast more often, or you can put something like the Uzi to make the Core permanently have Haste.
Beta Ray
Beta Ray gives you some much needed crowd control effects and will be permanently Haste the entire fight. If you put this to the right of The Core then it will also get Charge and end up freezing much more often. With a few Freeze skills, this can be a game changer.
Cool LEDs
Cool LEDs has the benefit of having a low cooldown to Charge the Core but also Slows every time the Core is used. This will quickly end up slowing the entire board and there are quite a few Slow skills that can benefit this build too.
Dooley Scaling
Ideally you want to win quickly unless you splash in a Combat Core or some better scaling. That being said both of these items give gold and power.
Memory Card
The Core can use the bonus Damage and extra money early can help us get key upgrades. Since we have a good early game Core we can often slot this into our build and not lose fights.
Schematics
The Crit Chance from this can be huge when we have our damage scaling online. This is a no brainer though because it can live in your stash and keep getting more value. You will have a lot of cheap Friends and Tools to begin the game with which makes them easy to upgrade. Just sell this when you need to buy a big item later.
Additional Tips
Until you get a damage stacking item or skill, you will need to just play the strongest board possible. That may be using more tools or friends or something like the Combat Core early.
This can do well late game but often needs another main engine to succeed. Look for things like the Combat Core or the Dinosaur, even a hybrid Shield Damage build can work well.
