General info
This comp revolves around 3 starring our Fiddlesticks and Mordekaiser so you will want to reroll at level 7. With good frontline that can buy Fiddlesticks some time he can do wonders and scales well into the fight.
When to make
You got components that can build into AP Bruiser items like BT, HoJ, Spark, Crown etc.
You got early Fiddle and/or Mordekaiser.
You got rods but didn't get any tears so you can't reliably itemize Veigar Seraphine or Brand.
You got Nidalee 2* early but you don't want to play Nitro/A.M.P Nidalee Naafiri so you pivot.

Best starting early comp for Fidde carry is Nitro because Nidalee can use every Fiddle item and Shyvana can use ever Morde item. Keep in mind that if you somehow hit early Elise it's best to just play Nitro Reroll instead of going for Fiddlesticks mages.

In Mid Game you either want to have 6 Techies or 4 Techies with 2 Bastion and 2 Bruisers. If it's a strong lobby that requires a good frontline I recommend going with 4 Techie / 2 Bastion / 2 Bruiser. If the lobby is weaker you can greed for 6 Techie and aim to blow up enemy team
Additional comp tips
Fiddlesticks works best with any Ap Tank Item + Healing Item + AP Damage Item. Some examples are Crownguard/BT/JG, Crownguard/GB/AA. As long as you aim for this item order it doesn't matter which items you give him. Keep in mind that if you have Jeweled Lotus do not build any JG if you don't have to.
