In Path of Exile: Mirage, a brand new base type will be available for the Belt slot: the Cord Belt, which has the special implicit 'Can be Anointed', allowing you to add an additional Anoint to your build beyond just the Amulet.

Where to find the Cord Belt
The Cord Belt can be found when a Mirage mechanic replicates a Blight encounter, changing one of the Blight lanes to be inhabited by the Afarud - the new type of Monsters exclusive to the Mirage league.

This new base type can only be found when Mirage interacts with Blight, and cannot be found in normal Blight encounters. The Cord Belt presents an interesting new choice for crafted belts, primarily competing with the 
Stygian Vise in 3.28 and beyond.
