Witchhunter Patch 0.4 Changes

  • Witchbane now has Enemies have Maximum Concentration equal to 30% of their Maximum Life (previously 40%). This is a buff.
  • Ceremonial Ablution now instead grants Sorcery Ward also protects against Physical and Chaos Damage.

Overview

The Witchhunter is one of 3 Ascendancy Class options for the Mercenary.


Witch Hunter Passives

Small Passives

  • 8% increased Area of Effect
  • 15% increased Armour and Evasion Rating
  • 6% increased Cooldown Recovery Rate
  • 35% increased Damage with Hits against Enemies that are on Low Life

Weapon Master

100 Passive Skill Points become Weapon Set Skill Points.

Pitiless Killer

Culling Strike

Judge, Jury, and Executioner (requires Pitiless Killer)

Decimating Strike

Hits against Full Life enemies remove between 5% and 30% of Life, before the damage of the Hit is applied.

Witchbane

Break enemy Concentration on Hit equal to 100% of Damage Dealt
Enemies have Maximum Concentration equal to 30% of their Maximum Life
Enemies regain 10% of Concentration every second if they haven't lost Concentration in the past 5 seconds

Enemies have less Cooldown Recovery Rate the lower their Concentration, scaling down to 50% less Cooldown Recovery Rate when Concentration is 0%

No Mercy (requires Witchbane)

Deal up to 40% more Damage to Enemies based on their missing Concentration

Obsessive Rituals

Grants Skill: Sorcery Ward
35% less Armour and Evasion Rating

Ceremonial Ablution (requires Obsessive Rituals)

Sorcery Ward's Barrier can also take Physical and Chaos Damage from Hits

Zealous Inquisition

10% chance for Enemies you Kill to Explode, dealing 100% of their maximum Life as Physical Damage
Chance is doubled against Undead and Demons
