50% less Shock Duration.

All Damage from Hits Contributes to Shock Chance.

8. Constant Gale

You have Arcane Surge.

Arcane Surge grants 10% more Cast Speed and 20% more Mana Regeneration Rate.

9. Force of Will

1% increased Effect of Arcane Surge on you per 15 maximum Mana.

10. Heart of the Storm

40% of Elemental Damage taken Recouped as Energy Shield.
