• Enemy Hits you take that would deal damage less than or equal to 30% of your maximum Life (after mitigation such as Armour and Resistances, but before other modifiers to damage taken) deal 70% less damage
• You have 50% more Stun Threshold

All Mountain's Teachings are lost if you go 8 seconds without gaining any.
