Overview

To obtain animal resources fast and effectively in Resynced, you’ll need to barter with shopkeepers using bones. As such, you’ll probably be wondering where exactly you can find them. Here’s a short but comprehensive guide on where you can obtain bones.

Bone Guide

Where To Find Bones

Bones are typically dropped from any applicable land animal in the game. In Resynced, it appears to be a random chance to receive them when skinning, rather than a guaranteed drop. Additionally, you can no longer farm bones in Resynced by hunting the animal in question, and fast travelling to a nearby viewpoint. The animal will remain dead until the internal cooldown timer elapses.

That said, it’s still important to know which animals do drop bones. Below is a list of each animal and their general region locations.

  • Deer - Found in Kingston, Principe, Salt Lagoon, Santanillas
  • Wild Pig (Boar) - Found in Great Inagua, Cape Bonavista, Nassau, Mariguana Island
  • Rabbit - Found in Corozal, Nassau, Kingston
  • Hutia - Found in Long Bay, Cayman Sound, Jiguey
  • Iguana - Found in Andreas Island, Abaco Island
  • Ocelot - Found in Abaco Island, Andreas Island, Cumberland Bay
  • Jaguar - Found in Principe, Cape Bonavista, Tulum
  • White Jaguar - Found in Great Inagua
  • Black Jaguar - Found in Castillo de Jagua
  • Red Howler Monkey - Found in Isla Providencia
  • Capuchin Monkey - Found in New Bone, Tulum, Mistiriosa Island
  • Crocodile - Found in Tulum, Matanzas, Isla Providencia, Long Bay, Nassau

How To Farm Bones

The best method we’ve found so far to farm bones consistently is to pick a rotation of 3 different locations, then repeat your hunting runs.

A personal favorite is to start in Nassau, killing the 3 crocodiles in the swamp, followed by the 2 wild boar nearby. After this, travel to the immediate left of Havana and kill the 2 wild boar, and 1 jaguar. Finally, complete your loop by travelling to the manor in Gibara. Kill the 2 wild boar in the jungle, followed by the white jaguar nearby.

The result of this loop is 11 animals to hunt, which all have a chance to drop bones, amongst other materials. You can complete this in about 4-5 minutes, making it very efficient.

As an added bonus tip, make sure to take sleep darts with you when you hunt. You can find these at various general stores. This makes killing animals a one-button press system, without the need for extended risk via gun or sword combat. Simply put the animals to sleep, and then assassinate them. It’s perhaps the most important tip when learning how to hunt in Resynced.

Where to Buy Bones

Additionally, bones can be purchased in Resynced by visiting the Treasure Dealer after restoring the shop in Great Inagua.

Once done, you can head over to the buy tab and purchase 1 Bone for the price of 1000 Reales.
