Jinx is one of the most popular ADCs in the game. She is a hyper carry who can snowball quickly and take over the game. One of the best things about playing Jinx is that she has good synergy with a variety of different Supports in the game. However, choosing the right support can make all the difference for Jinx, enabling her to dominate the game and carry her team to victory. In this article, we’ll explore some of the best Supports that synergise well with Jinx.
Whether you’re a Jinx main or just looking for a new ADC to play in LoL, we’ve got a ton of additional advice on how to play Jinx with Jinx’s Champion Page!
Please keep in mind that stats change frequently, and while these champions may not be the best pairing statistically in every patch, they have tools that benefit and empower Jinx, allowing her to carry.
1. Sona

One of the best Supports in League of Legends right now is Sona. Sona is a versatile Support that is pretty good throughout all stages of the game. Depending on how the game is going, she can either deal a lot of damage, or provide a ton of healing and shielding for the Jinx. Regardless of the matchup, the two of themhave great synergy and can win most matchups.
While Sona may not be the strongest early game champion on our list, give her some time to put some points in either her Q or W, and you’ll soon see how strong she is. Post 6, she is even stronger as her Ultimate can be a great tool to start skirmishes in lane. Jinx can follow up on Sona’s Ultimate with her own E, keeping the enemy locked down for longer.
To play this duo to its full potential, the Sona needs to stay around the Jinx throughout the game. In team fights, stick with her and do not wonder too far away at all, as you’re really squishy and easy to kill. Just focus on pressing W and keeping the Jinx alive, and use your Ultimate to either make plays, or protect the Jinx from champions with dive potential.
2. Braum

Braum is the next champion on our list and he is one of the best play making, tanky Supports around. He has multiple tools in his kit that allows him to make plays and keep Jinx alive. As we know, Jinx players tend to be slightly suiciadle when their Passive is active. He can increase her chances of staying alive by blocking damage and giving her extra defensive stats.
During the laning phase, Braum can be qutie weak as he is melee so he can get poked down by ranged champions, so positioning and not taking a lot of damage is key. However, throwing out that Q and applying a stack on the enemy could allow you to start a fight with the enemy. When the enemy reaches max stacks applied to them- they are CC’d, and with Jinx’s attack speed she can easily do this.
Throughout the game, the two are quite strong together and have a lot of kill potential thanks to Braum’s Q and Ultimate. He can also block damage with his E in those late game team fights, and use his auto-attacks to apply stacks on the enemy. As you can tell, he has a lot of tools to peel and protect the Jinx.
3. Lulu

The third champion on our list is one of the most picked Supports in the game. Whenever you see a hyper-carry picked, Lulu is most commonly picked with them too. She synergises well with Jinx, as she has multiple tools that empower Jinx, allowing her to dish out tons of damage while also providing her with a lot of protection.
Lulu has multiple tools in her kit which are great for peeling and protecting her allies. Her Q is a slow and a poke tool, which helps with trading in lane. Her W is a spell that not only provides additional movement speed, which allows the Jinx to reposition, but it also gives her extra attack speed so she can auto-attack the enemy or the enemy’s towers more effectively. Her E is a shield, and her Ultimate can also provide the Jinx with a knockup (to help versus diving enemies) and additional stats.
She is a perfect champion to pick if you’re new to the Support role as she is pretty easy and effective to play. Even if you’re not good on her, you just need to stay near the Jinx at all times and basically give her everything you have under your belt…
4. Milio

In a game with so much CC and where there are champions who can keep a champion locked down until death, a champion that can basically cleanse and help someone escape them is key, and that is where Milio comes in.
Milio is a fantastic utility Support who has a ton of tools to keep the ADC alive. His Ultimate is a fantastic, versatile spell that can help Jinx reposition and escape danger. His W is a heal and is very effective at keeping her alive. However, his W also increases the attack range of the Jinx, which is really handy as she can attack the enemy from further away, which makes it safer for her.
Jinx lacks any dash or escape tools, and her E and Passive are only forms of protection. Milio has a lot of tools to help keep her alive in fights so she can dish out damage and kill the enemy.
5. Thresh

The final champion on our list is Thresh. Thresh is a very popular Support, and he has great synergy with many different ADCS, including Jinx. He can make plays from the get-go, as he just needs to walk up close and use his E. Thresh has multiple CC tools in his kit, which allows him to constantly look for picks and make plays throughout the entire game.
He works well with Jinx, as the two can layer CC and take down the enemy. Jinx has her E which can keep the enemy locked down. Thresh can either land his E or Q, and she can follow up with her E. As we said previously, layering CC is really important and will give you the advantage you need to get a kill over the enemy.
In the mid and late game, Thresh offers extra protection with his W, which can be used as a safety net to keep her safe when her Passive is activated. If you’re wanting to play Thresh in this Season of LoL, you need to play aggressively and look for picks with your Q. Try to hit the enemy when they’re not near minions as missing this spell leaves you quite vulnerable.
In Conclusion
As we suggested earlier, There are a ton of champions that work well with Jinx, but picking a Support that synergises and works well with her is key. If you pick a Support that doesn’t work well with her, it’s going to be hard for you to win the game. Always pick someone who synergises well with her whenever she is on your team!
