Leblanc has good poke and strong all-ins with her

W combo.
She is a strong assassin, even when played in the Support role. She will deal a lot of damage when she has some items.
Thanks to her
W, Leblanc has good all-in, good escape and good utility. She can escape sticky situations and get away from bad situations quickly and safely.
Leblanc is one of the hardest Mage/Assassin Supports to play in LoL. In the wrong matchup, it can be impossible for you to lane or trade with the enemy.
She is quite mana hungry, which makes it difficult for you to play super aggressively often. You‘ll also struggle with going for constant early plays.
It can be hard to assassinate targets in the mid-game if the enemy is full of tanks. This is also true for the laning phase if you’re laning against a tanky Support.

Look for plays after you and the ADC hit level 3. Go for an early all-in, but wait first for the enemy to use an ability to make the trade even more favourable.
Until you get your first item and some additional mana, poking the enemy can be a little challenging, so it is better for you to focus on all-ins rather than poke with your

W. Try and auto whenever you can though.
Keep the minion wave even or slightly closer in the early game. This will allow you to make aggressive plays and all-in the enemy. It can also give you more room to let your
E pop.

Leblanc is a great roaming champion. You could get boots and then roam around the map and team up with your Jungler to gank your other lanes.
Leblanc is an assassin at heart, even when she is played in the Support role. Try to make plays on champions who are walking around Summoners' Rift alone. Blowing someone up is easy when you have an item or two on Leblanc.
When no team fights are happening, or when you’ve already placed all your vision, stick to your ADC like glue and don’t leave their side.

In the late game, look for picks on isolated targets like the enemy Support when they go to ward alone. Try and hide in a bush and blow them up quickly.
Get defensive items to help you survive those late-game team fights. Leblanc starts to fall off, and she isn’t great in late-game team fights, so defensive items and pen items are a must in the late game.
In the very late game, make sure you’re sticking with your team and not splitting up as the enemy will force a fight while you’re not there.
Leblanc’s first power spike in the Support role is at levels 3 and 4 as she will have access to all her abilities and can go for first blood.
When you have completed your first item, you should have some extra damage and mana. This will help with poking and trading with the enemy. Until you have both those things, you will struggle to trade frequently.
At level 6 you will put the first point in your Ultimate
R, which will help when going for early kills.
At level 9, Leblanc will max out her first ability, which is usually her
W. At this stage, her brust damage will increase.
When she puts 2 points in her Ultimate
R, Leblanc’s damage output increases heavily and she will have a lot of burst damage. This combined with some items makes her a massive threat!
Leblanc spikes in the mid-game as during this stage most people will not be tanky so she can execute them quickly.
Leblanc spikes again at level 16 when she puts the final point in her Ultimate
R.
You need to have some pen items in the late game; otherwise, you’ll be unable to deal any damage.
Leblanc falls off in the late game as enemies will be grouping, and this makes it hard for her to get kills.
