Hwei has a lot of different abilities. More than any champion in the game. This allows you to abuse players who do not understand her kit.
Similarly, he is very fun and unique to play because he has so many different abilities. His complex kit makes him really fun!
Hwei has a lot of AOE abilities in his kit. This makes him a great team fighting champion, so regardless of what role he is played in, he can deal a lot of damage in fights.
However, a disadvantage to him having a lot of abilities is that it can make him quite complicated and overwhelming for players.
He also has a lot of combos in his kit, which makes him quite difficult to master. He is a challenging champion for beginners to learn from.
When he is behind, he isn’t that good. While he does have AOE and a lot of damage, he does nothing in fights when behind.
0 - 15 min
Abuse your range advantage by standing back and poking the enemy down from afar.
At level 6, play around your Ultimate cooldown to help you get kills with your ADC.
Stand away from enemy, but make sure you’re near your ADC so you can have lane pressure while you’re not poking.
15 - 25 min
Rotate and move around the map with your ADC/ Jungler to help your other lanes. Keep placing vision and stick with someone at all times.
During the mid-game, team fights will start. Make sure you participate in them and help your team when needed.
Place vision around the map, but avoid doing so alone as you might get caught out and die for it.
25+ min
Continue placing vision and warding for your teammates. Avoid warding alone, or else you will die. Your squishy body makes you very vulnerable in the late game.
Stay with your team at all times. Do not leave their side, as the enemy will force a fight while you’re gone.
Look for picks with your team. Use your E and Ultimate to scout for picks and take down enemies who have over extended without assistance.
Your first power spike is at level 3, where you can access all your basic abilities.
When you hit level 6, you will unlock your Ultimate. You can start playing more aggressively with your Ultimate and get your Jungler to gank your lane, too.
When you get your first component item, your damage output will increase, and your chances of winning trades will dramatically increase.
At level 9, you will max out your first ability. This ability’s damage will increase significantly at this stage, which will help you win fights.
You’re good in team fights due to your AOE abilities. Teams will be grouped in the mid-game so that you will be strong at this game stage.
At level 11, you’ll put an additional point in your Ultimate. Use this advantage to get picks in the mid-game.
In the late game, you would’ve completed multiple items and got a lot of levels under your belt. You will be strong in the late game, too.
At level 16, you’ll put the final point in your Ultimate, giving your Ultimate a shorter cooldown and increasing your chances of getting picks.
Stick with your team in the late game! Hwei is excellent in late-game fights, thanks to his AOE abilities and late-game damage output.
