Gwen·Jungle Counters

When fighting Gwen alone, try and only commit to fights when she doesn’t have many stacks otherwise she will deal a lot of damage to you.

Gwen is a skirmish heavy Jungler in the early game. If she ganks a lane and you cannot contest it, try and invade her jungle on the opposite side of the map or gank another lane to equal her pressure.

Gwen has very good objective control and can solo the Dragon and Rift Herald frequently. Place vision to spot her before she is able to take these objectives alone.

Gwen will be split pushing in the mid-game. You can use the numbers advantage to take her down or start a team fight on her team while she is elsewhere on the map.

She will be hard to kill in team fights, so you’ll need to play around her W to make it easier for you to shut her down.

Healing reduction will be very useful in team fights as Gwen will get a lot of sustain.

Gwen will be very strong when she has her Passive stacked. Think twice before committing to an all-in or 1v1 against her when you see her fully stacked.

When Gwen hits level 6 and unlocks her Ultimate R, her duelling power will intensify. Be on the lookout for fights at this time.

After Gwen has completed her first component item, her damage output will increase and so will her overall map pressure.
