Very strong level one due to his shotgun knees. He can 100 to 0 any enemy champion by running circles around them if they are careless, and get an early lead.
His Ultimate R allows him to be an excellent tank buster during late-game fights. It also acts as a great finisher from a large range, especially on unsuspecting enemies.
His early game is quite strong which is only increased once he gets his Ultimate R. The strength also increases once he manages to get his first two items.
He becomes vulnerable when his Q and E are down in the lane. Besides that, he is susceptible to poke in the lane if he happens to be against a ranged laner.
Falls off during the late game due to his enemies building defensive items and such. Besides that, his Ultimate R can easily be cleansed with a Quicksilver Sash, thereby negating the threat of the ability.
Extremely immobile when his E is down, arguably making it the best time to trade with him. Even in team fights, if he tries to go in with this ability, he can be finished off quickly.

Your goal in the early game is to take calculated trades while fighting the enemy. Use your range advantage where suitable to bully annd gain a lead.
Once you have quite a few levels under your belt, you should look for short favourable trades. You may wish to wait for the enemy to waste an ability before playing aggressive.
Keep the minion wave closer to your side of the map in the early game. This will ensure safety and reduce your chances of dying in lane.
15 - 25 min
Split push during the mid-game and try to secure side objectives. Avoid grouping when your Ultimate R is down.
Group with your team when your Ultimate R is up. Rotate from the side lane to wherever your team is and look for a pick with your Ultimate R.
Peel for your allies in team fights. As you’re a tank, you’re rather weak unless your carries are alive. Thus, keeping them alive is key in team fights. Be prepared to peel for them when necessary.
25+ min
Peel for your carries in late game team fights to increase the chances of your team winning the fight. If they die at the beginning, you will not be able to win the fight alone.
Stick with your team in the late game. Do not split up or walk away from them otherwise the enemy may try to pick you off or initiate a 4v5 fight when you’re away from your team.
Focus the nearest enemy champion to your carries and work as a team to take down the enemy one by one. If you focus the backline alone, you may be an easy target for the enemy and may die quickly. By focusing on the nearest champion, you will survive for longer and keep your carries alive.
Urgot's early game is pretty good, especially once he gains access to all his basic abilities. He can easily all-in an enemy and then proceed to destroy them with his Passive and auto-attacks.
Urgot's level six is solid as it lets him execute his targets when they are below a certain health threshold. This is really good when trying to deal with tanks.
Urgot's first item component will be beneficial as it will boost his overall damage and survivability in the lane. It will be instrumental when combined with the regular usage of the lane brushes by Urgot.
His first ability will be maxed out at level 9. This will give him a significant damage boost, and Urgot should impact skirmishes very easily.
Having two points in his Ultimate R will increase the damage dealt by the ability, reduce the cooldown, and make it easier for him to execute his targets.
Urgot is really strong during the mid-game due to his team fighting presence. He can easily zone out and separate the enemy frontline from its backline. He will also be able to deal consistent DPS.
Three points in his Ultimate R will make Urgot really scary. Anyone who gets caught out by Urgot will probably end up dying due to the sheer amount of damage he can dish out in a short time.
Urgot is really tanky during the late game. Due to his items, he will have a respectable amount of sustain, which will make it really hard for the enemy to kill him.
Team fights will be Urgot's bread and butter as he can front line quite effectively while dishing out tons of damage to the enemy team. He can also separate the enemy team's front line from the backline, negating the threat of all-ins on his team.
