Mojang has announced that Minecraft Dungeons 2 players and also Minecraft players can get their hands on a special cape when the game launches.
To get the cape, players simply have to log in to Minecraft Dungeons 1 before December 31st, 2026. Once done, you'll get the Hero Cape when you login to Minecraft Dungeons 2 at launch. Not only this, but Minecraft Java and Bedrock players will also be able to get the same cape by logging into Minecraft after receiving their confirmation.
You'll also want to make sure the account you login on is linked correctly, otherwise it's unlikely that you'll receive a cape.
The cape is pictured above, serving as one of many customizations you'll be able to equip in MC Dungeons 2 when it launches. It's also highly likely that other social events like this will take place for others bonuses in the game closer to launch.
