The Blood of Dawnwalker Legendary Gear Overview

The Blood of Dawnwalker has an in-depth gear system with weapons, armor, pendants and rings, each offering stat boosts that increase with their rarity. Legendary Gear is the best in the game, and a must to complete the hardest challenges in Vale Sangora.

In this guide, you'll learn about the best Legendary Gear you can acquire in The Blood of Dawnwalker, including some equipment you can get very early in the game.

You can explore all our Dawnwalker guides on Gamebase.

Arbiter Armor Set

You can obtain a full set of legendary armor by completing the quest "A Bulwark Against Darkness". You can start the quest by talking to the Uriashi Blacksmith in the western part of the map. It will require you to fetch several materials from various places on the map. After doing so, speak to the Uriashi Blacksmith again to forge the armor.

The Enhanced Armor of the Arbiter is arguably the best set in the game for your Human form, during the daylight.

Sword of St. Mihai

The Sword of St. Mihai is one of the best weapons you can carry in Dawnwalker, but it is tied to a quest. You'll need to find three Sword Shards first:

Sword Shard #1

Sword Shard #2

Sword Shard #3

Sword Shard #3 requires completing the quest "A Monk and a Saint" in Svartrau after going to the location shown above.

Finally, go to the Uriashi Hermit northwest of Briar Sloughs to craft the sword. You'll need to defeat a combat gauntlet to upgrade it to the Imbued Sword of St. Mihai, which has some of the best stats in the game.

Early Legendary Gear

You can freely roam Vale Sangora after completing the prologue, letting you roam anywhere on the map. We have curated a selection of Legendary Gear you can acquire shortly after starting the game, requiring little to no combat.

Durandal Sword

This sword is looted as part of the quest "The Cursed Chasm". It is started near the broken bridge west of Briar Sloughs, and requires you to investigate a broken cart and go down a chasm.

You'll need to fight wolves and two minibosses, which can be challenging if you're at a low level. Luckily, you can sneak to avoid triggering combat, grab the sword, and use your vampiric Abilities to climb the cliff without fighting.

Isbrand's Greaves

Can be found in the Kobold's Nest in the western part of the map. You'll need to fight a group of enemies, but it shouldn't pose much of a threat if you've invested a few Skill Points into combat perks.
