Ultimate Sorcerer Beginner Build Guide - Mistfall Hunter

Sorcerer is an extremely fun class to play in Mistfall Hunter. This build combines Stardust Tempest, Gravitational Vortex and Meteor Charm for easy combat combos that lead to easy fights for beginners.

This code will allow you to copy the items and gems to obtain the optimal loadout. To import a code, simply do the following:

• Open the Prepare tab in the character screen when in base.
• Select Manage/Import at the bottom left
• Navigate to Import Loadout, and paste the code.

This build uses the following affixes. We mainly pick these to improve our all around combat capability.

Overall Affixes

• Eloquence 5 - Chanting Speed +15%. Chanting cannot be interrupted by minor impacts.
• • A very strong affix for this build, the extra chanting speed is especially useful.
    
• Aegis 4 - Defense +60%.
• • A great affix to take in order to boost your survivability.
    
• Valor 4 - Attack +6%.
• • A basic, but very helpful boost here to your attack damage.
    
• Elusive 3 - Dodge Energy Cost Reduction +12%.
• • Helps you get your dodge in just a little more often, which improves the build quite a bit.

Victory Wine:

Try to use your affixes here to get Aegis and Valor to 5 at the bare minimum.

Stardust Magic

• Stardust Tempest
• Gravitational Vortex

When using these skills, there is a specific attack combination you want to use in combat for max effectiveness. First, start by firing off Stardust Tempest to slow down the enemy you're fighting, followed then by Gravitational Vortex to deal a ton of extra damage, aiming to knock the enemy back into the range of your Stardust Tempest for max efficiency. Finally, you then want to shoot out Meteor Charm. This in most cases can be enough to fully kill an enemy, or at the very least deal a ton of damage to them.

General

One of the best skills for Sorcerer, is Phantom Step , as it allows you to get tons of movement speed. From here you should be using Shadow Veil for invisibility, which can help you with closing the gap tremendously. Finally, Arcane Armor is a fantastic pick not only for tanking hits, but also for slowing incoming attackers.

• Chant Guard - Helps out your chanting speed, which directly helps with the Stardust Spells. Also prevents interruption.
• Stardust Arcana - Can be used to skip chanting phases, which is a major cheese for Meteor Charm, as you can use it to anim-cancel on chant. This results in being able to double it up.
• Stardust Reversal - Great talent to pick here for aiding in cooldown of Stardust Arcana
• Memorization - Increases your chanting speed for Gravitational Vortex. It's a must take for this build overall.
• Storm Impact - Take this talent to reduce the dodge distance of any enemy you hit with Stardust Tempest
• No Escape - Will increase the damage of your Meteor Charm, which you can of course use to great effect in this build.
• Enhanced Shield - Increases the overall duration of your Arcane Armor up to 20s
• Vitality Chant - Allows dodging while chanting. Massive QOL for this build, a must pick.

• Try your best to use Gravitational Vortex to knock enemies back into the Stardust Tempest for maximum effectiveness.
• When casting Meteor Charm, try to aim for the feet of enemies. This can increase the chance of successfully landing the attack.
• Phantom Step cannot be forgotten during combat. It's a great way of providing yourself with a bunch of movement speed.
• Try to initiate fights with Stardust Tempest to slow enemies down. A fast target is harder to hit, so bring them to a stop if you can.
• When using your attacks on enemies, remember to prioritize the Stardust Tempest and Gravitational Vortex combination for the most effective offence during your fight.
