Weapon cosmetics are exchanged in the Mall for Soul Coins, or Star Silver in the Curio Shop.
Navigate to the wardrobe to browse and choose all available weapon skins.
All classes have access to weapon skins, but classes can only use a cosmetic linked to a weapon they are eligible to equip.
