Thornblade is a base edition Aniimo, but has a rarer Prismana form that can be obtained in the world. In this guide we'll go over how to find, and capture it.
Because 
Thornblade is a Prismana Aniimo, you'll first need to earn the Bronze Badge in the Tideblossom Coast location and meet the progression requirements shown at its branch to unlock ecosystem nurturing. Once activated, catch the missing species that spawn in, then return to the Branch to review your progress.
While possible at all levels, Prismana Aniimo will typically be summoned one the energy state hits the max threshold. It should be noted that you can obtain a Prismana without nurturing, but you'll need to do so by getting Lucky, or Super Lucky hits when throwing pods at wild Aniimo.
This method isn't really recommended due to the time it takes overall, but is still worth keeping in mind.
Once you see the Prismana state has been reached, look in the air for a wide pink beam to see the direct location of the Aniimo in question. Head over to it, and hit it with a high level pod such as an Ultra pod, or a Sparkling pod if you own one for better results.
