Who needs friends when you can just summon an army of demons to bleed enemies to death?

This build revolves around applying HUGE Eviscerate damage with Rampage and scaling it with Evisceration Fragment and Command Fallen to infinity and beyond!

Skill Rotations

1. Activate Metamorphosis to gain increased damage and reduced Dominance costs passively.
2. Use Summon Ae'grom so that he starts following you.
3. Use Command Ae'grom to summon all of your Soul Shard demons with Berú of Horazon's Chains.
4. Use Tortured Wretch for insane survivability and also to apply Eviscerate if you decide to use Death Saws Tortured Wretch.
5. Drop Rampage onto enemies to Eviscerate 100% on elites and 5% chance for normal mobs.
6. Spam Command Fallen to deal damage and trigger Eviscerate/Bleed from Aspect of Mutilation and Evisceration Fragment but also to generate Dominance and sacrifices for Legion Shard to allow for more Greater Demon summons.

This build uses various synergies related to Demonology, Summon, Eviscerate, and Physical to improve power greatly!

• Legion Shard generates free casts for Greater Demon skills as we sacrifice tons of Lesser Demons which allows for Rampage and Tortured Wretch to be used often.
• Command Fallen also generates Dominance.
• Rampage applies Eviscerate damage once per elite enemy with 100% chance.
• Evisceration Fragment allows for insane Eviscerate stacking with Command Fallen.
• Paingorger's Gauntlets creates an echo that causes our damage to go insane.
• Seed of Horazon scales off of Maximum Wrath which we get from the Paragon boards or on gear and Talismans.
• Berú of Horazon's Chains offers a huge damage increase and additional summons.
• In the End-Game Fiend of Abaddon can optionally be dropped for more DPS but less AoE.

• Updated skill rotations to better fit the current version of the build.
• Changed Paragon board order to make sure you can hit the bonus on Advantage on Demonic Spicules. If you already are you don't need to change. Also only if you're using Seed of Horazon.
• Recommended Tyrael's over leg chest.
• Swapped second set to Nameless and swapped sigil of summons back in. Nameless will compensate for survivability loss and changed paragon boards slightly to compensate.
• Changed offensive tempers to damage per overpower.
• Updated Mid-Game
• Adjustment for patch leaning more into Command Fallen over Rampage due to Evisceration Fragment changes.
• Added new endgame tab for Eviscerate focus.
• Major overhaul and weapons added since Mobalytics got fixed.
