Using the Scorching Fragment from your Soulshard will drain your maximum life whenever you use a skill. To counter this effect, you want to use the Undying Aspect. You can place this Legendary Aspect on your amulet by using the Horadric Cube with the Kullean Tuning Prism. The Undying Aspect heals you whenever you use a skill, which helps offset the life drain. If you can’t put the Legendary Aspect on your amulet, then you should have it imprinted on your boots instead.
