Diablo 4 - Season 15 Patch Notes Summary

With the Season 15 patch notes finally revealed, be the first to get a full look at every change coming into Diablo 4 Season 15 Hell's Legacy.

This patch includes class balance changes, various bug fixes, item and crafting changes, and more.

General Game Changes

Season 15 brings with it many changes to the base game, including changes to bosses, end game activities, game scaling, and more.

Bosses

• Increased overall loot quality for Echo of Mephisto, including a guaranteed Mythic Drop.
• Fixed an issue where only one player would receive credit when defeating Belial in a party.
• Fixed an issue where defeating Belial could fail to progress quests if the hoard is opened quickly after spawning.
  

Dungeons

• Fixed an issue where Dungeon Delve could appear as an affix on Escalation Sigils.
• Fixed an issue where bosses in Refuge of the Lost could fail to become Staggered.
• Fixed an issue where Royal Gems could repeatedly drop from Seer's Reach dungeon completions.
• Fixed an issue where monsters could spawn outside intended play areas in Seer's Reach.
• Fixed an issue where players could bypass a firewall mechanic in Vault of the Crucible.
  

Helltides

• Reduced the chance for Plague Maggot Young spawned by the Hellmouth Helltide node to drop Experience Orbs.
• Portent of Pain and Plague Devourers now drop 1-2 Experience Orbs instead of always dropping 2.
  

Infernal Hordes

• Fixed an issue where Infernal Hordes could fail to grant Grim Favor.
  

Kurast Undercity

• Added Forgotten Souls to Tribute of Refinement and Greater Tribute of Refinement rewards.
• Doubled the number of Experience Orbs spawned by the Jade Epiphany Undercity node.
• Fixed an issue where Goblin's Legendary Kurast Undercity Tribute cache would only drop Tribute of Armaments.
• Fixed an issue where Exit Portal map icons in the Undercity could fail to appear.
• Fixed an issue where Undercity Rune Tributes could award no Runes when certain Bargains were selected.
  

Monsters

• Significantly increased the number of Gem Fragments dropped by Elite enemies in Torment X and above.
• Significantly increased the chance for Elite enemies to drop a random Royal Gem in Torment X and above.
• Fixed an issue where multiple Life Link monsters would give experience equal to one enemy.
• Fixed an issue where enemies executed by Balazan's Bite effects could fail to drop loot.
• Fixed an issue where Gilded Affix enemies could drop significantly less gold than intended.
• Fixed an issue where certain Monster Affixes were not properly affected by Weaken.
  

Quests and Campaigns

• Fixed an issue where NPCs could appear to be floating after completing the Faith and Failings quest.
• Fixed an issue where a Resplendent Chest in What Was Given could be repeatedly farmed by reconnecting to the game.
• Fixed an issue where parts of the Catacombs of the Old City were missing from the map.
• Fixed an issue where the City of the Ancients did not properly appear on the World Map.
• Fixed an issue where player characters could become stuck while interacting with a table during the side quest Ashes in the Eye.
  

The Pit

• Doubled Experience from Progress Orbs while the Choron's Soul Pit node is active.
• Increased Bonus Experience from higher Pit Tiers.
• • Example: Pit Tier 150 increased from 1800% to 2700%.
• Fixed an issue where the Protective Barrier could fail to appear after defeating a Pit Guardian.
• Fixed an issue where Pit Guardians could spawn incorrectly while party members were transitioning between floors.
• Fixed an issue where Glyph Upgrade rewards were not properly reduced when failing Survival Mastery objectives.
• Fixed an issue where Pit completion messaging referenced an incorrect mastery objective.
  

War Plans

• Experience rewards from War Plans have been increased, and they scale heavily with Torment levels.
• Increased the baseline number of Experience Orbs awarded for completing any War Plans node in Torment X and above from 2 to 4, regardless of reward type or rarity.
• Doubled the number of Experience Orbs awarded by Magic, Rare, Legendary, and Mythic Experience reward nodes.
• Fixed an issue where teleporting to War Plans could cancel skill animations.
• Fixed an issue where additional reward chests from Waking Spoils could be looted by players without the associated War Plans node.
• Fixed an issue where Duriel's Invasion could continue occurring after the player who enabled the modifier left the activity.
• Fixed an issue where the Gauntlet Nightmare Dungeon modifier failed to function correctly in multiplayer sessions.
• Fixed an issue where Infernal Deception Belial ambushes failed to award loot in Infernal Hordes.
• Fixed an issue where Nemesis Tide bosses could drop outdated boss materials.
• Fixed an issue where Ultimate Nemesis Lairs could be repeatedly reset and farmed for rewards.
  

Whispers

• Increased Experience Orbs from Whisper Caches from 3-5 to 4-6, with an additional 2-4 Experience Orbs in Torment X and above.
• Increased Gold Cache rewards by about 3x. At Torment XII, rewards increased from approximately 35 million Gold to approximately 100 million Gold.
• Approximately doubled Gem Fragment rewards from Gem Caches.
• Gem Caches now drop 1 Royal or Grand Gem, depending on difficulty, instead of a Flawless Gem.
• Increased Horadric Cube materials from Cube Materials Caches by approximately 2-3 times.
• Increased all salvage materials from Salvage Caches by approximately 2-3 times, with a larger increase to Forgotten Souls in higher Torment difficulties.
• Keys Caches now grant 2 times the number of random Tributes and 5 times the amount of Sigil Dust.
• Keys Caches now have a small chance to contain a Mephisto Key or Trace of Echoes.
  

World Tiers

• Expert and Penitent difficulties are now unlocked upon completion of the Prologue, instead of requiring campaign completion.
• Increased Bonus Experience from Torment Levels.

General Changes

• Core stat scalar reduced from 1.1 to 0.8.

Rallying Cry: Madawc Variant

Charge

• Battering Ram Variant impact now matches the visual effect.

Barbarian Weapon Expertise

Writhing Aspect

• Damage decreased from 7.5-12.5%[x] to 6-9%[x].

Battle-Mad Aspect

• Damage bonus reduced from 15-20% to 10-15%.

Raid Leader's Aspect

• Now also grants 7-10% Damage Reduction.

Unique Changes

Ring of the Ravenous

• Now only applies 1 stack of Rend.
• Cooldown decreased from 1 second to 0.5 seconds.
• If Scorching Variant is selected with Rend, it will create a wave of fire instead of Bleeding the target.

Ring of Red Furor

• Fury requirement to activate guaranteed Critical Strike bonuses reduced from 100 to 30 Fury.
• Bonus Critical Strike Damage is increased by an additional 1%[x] for each Fury above 30 used to apply this bonus.

Nomad's Longing Heart

• Double damage bonus now also includes Healthy enemies.

Ramaladni's Magnum Opus

• Now drains 7% of Maximum Fury instead of 10 Fury Per Second.
• Now only drains while in Combat.

Rage of Harrogath

• Cooldown Reduction reduced from 1 second to 0.5 seconds.
  

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue where skills could grant one more Ancient than expected when using the Bul'Kathos’ Pride Set.
• Fixed an issue where the Wyrdskin Unique could affect party members who are Vulnerable and Weakened.

• Fixed an issue where the Mythic version of Ring of Red Furor incorrectly increased the Fury requirement needed to activate its effect.
• Fixed an issue where Ring of the Ravenous could cause Rend's Scorching fire wave to miss enemies after using Charge.
• Fixed an issue where the Crusher Glyph did not correctly grant its bonus damage to One-Handed Bludgeoning weapons.

General Changes

• Core stat scalar increased from 1.25 to 1.625.

Skill Changes

Human Form

• Previous: Gain 5 Spirit per second and 15% Cooldown Reduction.
• Now: Gain 15% Resource Regeneration and 15% Cooldown Reduction.
• Damage increased to 10%[x] on applicable skills.

Grizzly Rage

• Baked Cornered Beast into the base skill at a maximum of 150%[x] bonus damage.
• Cornered Beast Variant now increases that maximum to 200%[x].

Lightning Storm

• Now is no longer forced to land if the space is confined.

Aspect Changes

Shifter's Aspect

• Now grants 7-10% Damage Reduction for 5 seconds when shifting into any form.
  

Unique Item Changes

Greatstaff of the Crone

• Damage increased from 60-80%[x] to 120-150%[x].

Fleshrender

• Damage Bonus now applies to all Tornadoes, instead of just returning ones.
• Damage bonus from Tornadoes increased from 40-50%[x] to 100-135%[x].

Gathlen's Birthright

• Now also grants Cyclone Armor's passive, but Damage Reduction only applies if you are in Human form.

Might of the Ursine

• Damage bonus reduced from 10-13%[x] to 7-9%[x] and now only applies to Werebear skills.

Airidah's Inexorable Will

• Damage increased from 7-10%[x] to 30-45%[x].

Dolmen Stone

• Damage is on entire skill, not just explosion.
• Damage increased from 75-90%[x] to 113%-135%[x].

Wildheart Hunger

• Bosses always take maximum damage bonus.

Talisman Changes

Storm Shepherd's Call

• 2-Piece Set Bonus:
• • Damage per consumed Spirit decreased from 0.5% to 0.25%.
  • Maximum damage bonus increased from 60% to 80%.
  • No longer stacks more than once, but can be refreshed.
  • Duration increased from 2 to 4 seconds.
• 5-Piece Set Bonus:
• • Added a 100%[x] damage multiplier.
  • Double and Triple casts damage reduced from 500%[x] to 350%[x].

Nafain's Bestiary

• 2-Piece Set Bonus:
• • Cooldown on Battle Roar reduced to 5 seconds.
  • Bonus damage increased from 60%[x] to 90%[x].
• 5-Piece Set Bonus:
• • Now also increases Companion Damage by 250%[x]. Your Companions now slightly grow in size.

Rush of the Red Wolf Moon

• Feral Rage now requires a target to Dash.
• 2-Piece Set Bonus:
• • Bonus damage increased from 50%[x] to 60%[x].
  • Bonus damage applies to all targets instead of only marked targets.
  • Bonus damage no longer falls off when Blood Hunt is removed.
• 5-Piece Set Bonus:
• • Now also has 25%[x] Movement Speed and Cast Speed.

Might of the Den Mother

• 2-Piece Set Bonus:
• • Stoicism stacks up to 20 and lasts forever.
  • Damage from stacks increased from 3%[x] to 4%[x].
  • Stacks are removed when taking direct damage.
• 5-Piece Set Bonus:
• • Rampage now lasts forever while you are above 15 stacks.

Song of the Old Mountain

• 2-Piece Set Bonus:
• • Damage no longer requires Earth skills.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue where Mark of the Old Wolf would grant less Poison damage than expected.
• Fixed an issue where Bolster Spirit Boon would not reduce defensive skills cooldowns as intended.
• Fixed an issue where Archdruid Aspect was granting Werebear bonuses without being in Werebear form.
• Fixed an issue where attacks could get stuck in terrain when teleporting.
• Fixed an issue where Druid could become unkillable.
• Fixed an issue where Song of the Old Mountain effects could stop functioning after defeating enemies with the set's absorbed damage effect.

Army of the Dead

• Now spawns additional Volatile Skeletons if you Cast it again while it is active, up to 5 times.
• Now stacks up to 5 times if you Cast it again while it is active.
• Unyielding Commander
• • Previous: While Army of the Dead is active, your Minions take 90% reduced damage and you deal 50%[x] increased Summon damage.
  • Now: While Army of the Dead is active, your Minions take 90% reduced damage and deal 30% increased damage.

Developer’s Note: This 30%[x] Minion damage scales with skill ranks.

Blight

• Piercing Darkness Variant now also increases Blight's damage against Bosses by 75%.
• Whirlpool Variant now also reduces Blight's Essence cost by 10.

Blood Surge

• Nova damage increased from 100% to 125%.
• Bloodbath
• • Nova damage increased from 100% to 125%.

Blood Lance

• Damage increased from 130% to 160%.
• Blood Seeker
• • Previous: Blood Lance deals 45%[x] increased damage to enemies it hits per lanced enemy.

Corpse Explosion

• Damage increased from 110% to 180%.
• Miasma damage increased from 210% to 350%.
• Shrapnel damage increased from 110% to 180%.
• Swapped the positions of Corpse Efficiency and Essence Generation upgrades.

Sever

• Updated projectile targeting so that it more consistently hits your primary target with both the initial projectile damage as well as the Scythe attack.
• Reaping Lotus Variant
• • Increased the Radius of the secondary attacks.
  • Damage increased from 40% to 60%.

Soulrift

• Damage increased from 300% to 350%.
• Soul Vortex Variant now also reduces Soulrift's Cooldown by 15 seconds.
• Cooldown reduced from 50 seconds to 40 seconds.
• Damage Bonus upgrade reworked
• • Previous: Every Soul absorbed by Soulrift increases its damage by 0.3%[x], up to 45%[x].

• Now: Blood Orbs Fortify you for 3% of your Maximum Life. Gain 15%[x] Blood damage.

Exhumation Glyph

• Previous: Consuming a Corpse Fortifies you for 1% of your Maximum Life and grants 6% Damage Reduction for 8 seconds.
• Now: Consuming a Corpse grants 10% Damage Reduction for 8 seconds. Lucky Hit: Up to a 15% chance to form a Corpse when hitting enemies.

Sacrificial Glyph

• Damage bonus while you have no active Minions increased from 10%[x] to 20%[x].

Blood Begets Blood Legendary Node

• Maximum damage increased from 60%[x] to 75%[x].

Aspect Changes

Aspect of Debilitating Darkness

• Desecrated Ground damage bonus increased from 15-25% to 30-40%.

Aspect of Gloom

• Damage bonus increased from 10-15%[x] to 15-20%[x].

Aspect of Necrotic Carapace

• Previous: When a Corpse is formed from your Skills or your Minions, Fortify for 5-7% of your Maximum Life.
• Now: Gain 10-15% Damage Reduction. When a Corpse is formed from your Skills or your Minions, Fortify for 7% of your Maximum Life.

Aspect of Rapid Ossification

• Now also increases your Bone Skill damage by 20%[x].

Aspect of Shielding Bones

• All Resistance increased from 20-30% to 30-40%.

Aspect of the Embalmer

• Blood Orb Healing increased from 30-45% to 60-75%.

Unique Item Changes

Ebonpiercer

• Damage increased from 40-50% to 60-70%.

The Unmaker

• Damage increased from 200-250% to 300-350%.

Red Blessing

• Previous: While Healthy, gain 2 Maximum Overpower. Blood Orbs grant 2 stacks of Overpower. You deal 8-10% increased damage per stack of Overpower.
• Now: Gain 2 Maximum Overpower. Blood Orbs grant 2 stacks of Overpower. Your Blood Skills consume 1 stack of Overpower to deal 130-150%[x] increased damage.

Deathless Visage

• Echo damage increased from 40-50%[x] to 60-70%[x].

Hangman's Hand

• Damage bonus increased from 10-15%[x] to 35-50%[x].

Will of Rathma

• Damage to Afflicted enemies increased from 40%[x] to 60%[x].

Talisman Changes

Peace of the Black Shroud

• 2-Piece Set Bonus:
• • Duration reduced from 30 seconds to 10 seconds.

Radamant's Desecration

• 2-Piece Set Bonus:
• • Damage increased from 30% to 50%.
• 5-Piece Set Bonus:

Word of the Blood Binder

• • Blood Skill damage increased from 75%[x] to 100%[x].

Rathma's Waking Touch

• 2-Piece Set Bonus:
• • Previous: Your Minions deal 60%[x] increased damage and reduce the Cooldown of Army of the Dead by 1 second each time they deal damage.
  • Now: Gain 60%[x] Summoning Damage. Each time your Minions deal direct damage, reduce the Cooldown of Army of the Dead by 0.25 seconds.
• 5-Piece Set Bonus:
• • Previous: Army of the Dead deals 450%[x] increased damage. While Army of the Dead is active, your Minions are larger, gain 100%[x] increased Life, and gain 25%[+] Attack Speed.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue where Aspect of Crippling Darkness was incorrectly granting Iron Maiden the Darkness skill tag and converting it to Shadow damage.
• Fixed an issue where Sigil of Smoke's shadow missiles would spawn on the player instead of in the Sigil.
• Fixed an issue where Undercrown did not consistently increase your maximum Skeleton Warriors by the correct amount.
• Fixed an issue where commanding your Skeleton Warriors or Golems would sometimes fail to properly update the Minion's primary target.
• Fixed an issue where Aspect of Bursting Bones did not properly increase the damage of Minions’ Bone Skills.
• Fixed an issue where Aspect of Gloom incorrectly converted base Bone Skills into Darkness Skills.
• Fixed an issue where Blood Lance's Blood Seeker Variant was only increasing the initial projectile damage and not the echoed damage from Blood Lance.
• Fixed an issue where Blood Mist's healing was not healing the correct amount.
• Fixed an issue where Bone Storm's Roll the Bones Variant was granting Attack Speed, rather than Cast Speed.
• Fixed an issue where Bone Breaker's Aspect did not properly increase the damage dealt by Bone Minions.
• Fixed an issue where the Mortacrux could not be Salvaged.

• Judgement's damage now scales with the Rank of the Skill that applied Judgement.

Holy Bolt

• Judgement Upgrade
• • Changed Upgrade name from Judgement to Damage Increase.
  • Previous: Holy Bolt now applies Judgement.
  • Now: Holy Bolt deals 20%[x] increased damage.

Blessed Shield

• Shield of Justice Variant
• • Previous: Blessed Shield detonates Judgement and ricochets 5 additional times. Whenever Blessed Shield detonates Judgement, it empowers your next throw to deal 40%[x] increased damage, up to a maximum 5 times.
  • Now: Blessed Shield detonates Judgement and ricochets 5 additional times. Whenever Blessed Shield detonates Judgement, it empowers your next throw of Blessed Shield to deal 40%[x] increased damage, up to a maximum 5 times and it increases your Judgement damage by 50%[x] for 5 seconds.

Spear of the Heavens

• Fist of the Heavens Variant
• • Enemies hit by the main impact can now also be hit by one of the additional projectiles.
  • Enemies can now only be damaged by one of the additional projectiles.

Divine Lance

• Damage increased from 90% to 110%.
• Tip of the Spear damage increased from 35% to 39%.
• Zealous Joust damage increased from 74% to 91%.
• Divine Javelin initial damage increased from 99% to 121% and burst damage increased from 495% to 605%.

Zeal

• Additional strike damage increased from 20% to 35%.

Blessed Shield

• Shield of Retribution now also scales the percent of Thorns it deals with Skill Ranks.

Shield Bash

• Lay Siege Variant damage increased from 246% to 349%.
• Smite Variant initial damage increased from 287% to 451% and secondary damage increased from 102% to 307%.

Paladin Oath Changes

Judicator Oath

• Added Effect: If Judgement only hits 1 enemy, it deals 100% increased damage.

Disciple Oath

• Damage increased from 80% to 100%.

Juggernaut's Oath

• Damage increased from 80% to 100%.

Zealot Oath

• Damage per stack of Fervor increased from 25% to 35%.

Aspect Changes

Aspect of Watkin's Law

• Previous: Your Judicator Skills deal 45-65% increased damage to enemies affected by Judgement.
• Now: While using the Judicator Oath, Judicator Skills deal 45-65% increased damage to enemies affected by Judgement, then consume and reapply Judgement. Consuming and reapplying can only happen once every 3 seconds per enemy.

Aspect of the Judicator

• Judgement's damage and size bonus increased from 40-60% to 60-80%.

Unique Item Changes

Cathedral Song

• Previous: Lucky Hit: Casting Disciple Skills has up to an 8-10% chance to call down Spear of the Heavens onto a random enemy. Your Spear of the Heavens damage is increased by 80-100%.
• Now: Consuming Judgement 100 times calls down Spear of the Heavens onto a random enemy. Judgement on Bosses counts as 10. Your Spear of the Heavens damage is increased by 80-100%.

X’Fal’s Corroded Signet

• Can no longer be equipped by Paladins.

Misfortune Aspect

• Misfortune Aspect now also reduces damage from Hexed enemies by 15%.

Nefarious Aspect

• Previous: Becoming Crowd Controlled while you have Shadowform will consume a stack to apply the Crowd Control effect back to the attacker and grant immunity to that type of effect for 4.0-8.0 seconds.
• Now: While you have Shadowform, all incoming Direct Damage is converted into Shadow Damage and has a 20-40% chance to steal Unstoppable from your attacker. While you have Stealth, small Missiles pass through you harmlessly.

Ominous Aspect

• Previous: While standing still, gain 10.0-14.0%[x] increased damage against Distant enemies for 2 seconds, up to 50-70%[x].
• Now: While standing still, gain 15%-19% increased Greater Demon Skill damage for 2 seconds, up to 75%-95%.

  • Blazing Scream gains the Skull Splitter Variant at no cost, and the Lesser Demon skulls deal the same damage as the main skull.
• Skulls no longer despawn when hitting a wall.

Footfalls of the Waning World

• The Nether Step Evade from this item is disabled while Channeling another skill as this can leave players locked in place.

Gauntlets of Sheol

• Previous: Summoning Fiend of Abaddon sacrifices all other Greater Demon Summons, dealing Fiend of Abaddon's damage around them and increasing its damage by 23-33%[x] per demon killed.
• Now: While Fiend of Abaddon is alive, you periodically sacrifice all other Archfiend Summons, dealing Fiend of Abaddon's damage around them and increasing Fiend of Abaddon's damage by 40-50% per demon killed, up to 600-750% for 60 seconds.
• Fixed stat changed from Physical Damage to Critical Strike Chance.

Hands of Apotheosis

• Previous: Metamorphosis gains all Side Upgrades for free and they are 30-50% more potent.
• Now: Any Demonform grants you all Metamorphosis Upgrades for free, and they are 50-100% more potent.

Hands of the Worldbreaker

• Apocalypse damage bonus reduced to 290%-350%.

Hellbrand Signet

• Damage bonus increased to 100-130%.

Hellhound's Sabatons

• Previous:
• • Abodian deals 80-100%[x] increased damage.
  • After Command Abodian ends, you are connected with a fire chain that deals Command Abodian's Drag damage periodically and grants 25% Movement Speed for 10 seconds.
• Now:
• • Abodian deals 200-280% increased damage.
  • Command Abodian periodically triggers your Non-Archfiend Hellfire Skills while moving, and its Cooldown is reduced by 50%.

Infernal Homunculus

• Previous:
• • Your Archfiend Skills deal 50-70%[x] increased damage and gain their Lesser Demon Side Upgrades for free with 200% longer durations.
• Now:
• • Your Archfiend Skills deal 80-110% increased damage, and casting any Archfiend Skill activates all their Lesser Demon Upgrades for free with 200% longer durations.

Lurid Pact

• Now considers the player to be the Brute and scales them up when using the Demonic Smash Variant.

Morlu Fleshward

• Maximum Life Reduction from this item will no longer constantly consume Fortify.

Nails of Gore-Crowned

• Previous:

Aspect Balance Changes

Its not just classes seeing a major overhaul this season, as many items and aspects are having their numbers tuned as well as changes to mid game item progression.

Legendary Aspects

• Increased Legendary Item drop rates in Torment I through Torment V. Torment VI and above are unchanged.

Aspect of Heavenly Strength

• Damage reduction reduced from 30-40% to 20-30%.
• Now available to Spiritborn.

Eluding Aspect

• Previous:
• • Becoming Crowd Controlled while Injured grants you Unstoppable for 4 seconds. This effect has a 6-4 second cooldown.
• Now:
• • Becoming Crowd Controlled grants you Unstoppable and 10-15% Damage Reduction for 4 seconds. This effect has a 6 second cooldown.

Aspect of Audacity

• Previous:
• • When there are at least 5 Close enemies, Stun them for 3-5 seconds. Can only occur once every 20 seconds.
• Now:
• • When there are at least 5 Close enemies, Stun them for 5 seconds. Can only occur once every 20 seconds. Gain 10-15% damage reduction against Close enemies.

Aspect of Rallying Reversal

• Previous:
• • You have a 60-80% chance to gain 1 Ferocity when you Crowd Control an enemy or apply any Stagger to a Boss.
• Now:
• • When you Crowd Control an enemy or apply any Stagger to a Boss, gain 1 Ferocity and 10-15% Damage Reduction for 4 seconds.

Aspect of the Expectant

• Damage bonus per Basic attack increased from 4-6% to 6-8%, stacking up to 10 times.

Wyward's Aspect

• Previous:
• • Lucky Hit: Lightning damage has up to a 25-35% chance to Stun enemies for 1.5 seconds.
• Now:
• • Gain 50%[+] Lightning Resistance. Lucky Hit: Lightning damage has up to a 25-35% chance to Stun enemies for 1.

Embattled Aspect

• Fortify Drain Rate increased from 100-150% to 150-200%.

Legendary Aspect Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue where Sickfoot's Aspect bonuses could persist after the item was unequipped.
• Fixed an issue where Embattled Aspect was increasing Fortify's Drain Rate much more than intended.
• Fixed an issue where Eluding Aspect did not correctly receive increased values when imprinted onto Amulets.
• Fixed an issue where the Eluding Aspect's description included references to the Injured Keyword.

Unique Item Balance Changes

• All Unique items are now available to drop at level 1, and in any Difficulty.
• Mythic Uniques dropped by Initiate Lair Bosses and Greater Lair Bosses, as well as those selected from Belial's Hoard, will only include Mythic Uniques from that boss's Unique Item pool.
• In addition to their specific Unique Item pools, Lair Bosses also drop generic random loot. As a result, there remains a small chance to obtain Mythic Uniques outside a boss's specific pool through these additional drops.
• Slightly increased the Mythic Unique drop rate from Greater Lair Bosses.
• Increased the Mythic Unique drop rate from Initiate Lair Bosses to match the rate of Greater Lair Bosses.
• Slightly increased the Mythic Unique drop rate from Belial.
• Increased the chance for Mythic Uniques to drop from random sources.
• Increased overall loot quality for Echo of Mephisto, including a guaranteed Mtyhic Drop.

Azurewrath

• No longer Explodes enemies and instead only damages the frozen target.
• Damage increased from 100-120% to 120-150%.

Banished Lord's Talisman

• Previous:
• • After you spend 275 of your Primary Resource, gain 4 stacks of Overpower. Your Critical Strikes deal 8-10%[x] increased damage per stack of Overpower.
• Now:
• • After you spend 275 of your Primary Resource, gain 4 stacks of Overpower. Consuming Overpower increases your Critical Strike damage by 130-150%[x] for 8 seconds.
• No longer dropped for or usable by Paladin, Spiritborn, or Warlock.

Melted Heart of Selig

• Primary Resource increase decreased from 102-154% to 58%-77%.

Razorplate

• Chance for Thorns to deal increased damage increased from 10% to 30%.
• Bonus Thorns damage range increased from 180-200% to 200-250%.

Tibault's Will

• Resource Regeneration reduced from 50% to 25%.

Wendigo Brand

• Redesigned to grant 1% Attack Speed instead of Maximum Health.

Horadric Cube

• Clarified the behavior and description of Tuning Prisms when used with Chaotic Rerolls.

• Coarse Primordial Dust becomes less common as difficulty increases.

Horadric Cube Bug Fixes

• Fixed an issue where Unique Charms and Unique Items could not have their powers rerolled through the Horadric Cube.
