The launch of Season 15 in Diablo 4 was not exactly the smoothest, as there was a bug with Rebirth causing a lot of issues, and delaying the season. Now we know the developers are working hard around the clock to get everything moving smoothly. Solo Self-Found was disabled with the start of the season as there was issues surrounding that. We just got a blue post from Community Manager filthierich that there is a potential fix now in QA testing.
He also mentioned that the team is currently investigating an issue that is preventing players from turning in Whispers, and blocking further progress. It seems as though this issue began after the Server Hotfix fixing the Rogue and Stealth bugs went out earlier.
