Diablo 4 Hotfix 4: Tristram Portal, Warlock, The Butcher and More!

There were a small handful of bugs that players were reporting over the last couple of days, from Old Tristram portals not opening up to endles Butchers being spawned. The Diablo 4 team has been working diligently to fix bugs as they come up, and just now they have rolled out a hotfix to address some of these.

Community Manager filthierich let players know in a blue post what was fixed in the most recent patch:

• Tristram fountain would consume Wirt's Lucky Coins but fail to open a portal
• Fiend of Abbadon's Lesser Demon Bonus upgrade allowed Warlocks to deal unintended damage
• • Fiend of Abbadon's Lesser Demon Bonus upgrade has been re-enabled
• The 5-set bonus for the Old Mountain Talisman combined with Grief resulted in unintended damage
• Players on Switch 2 could not use variant skills added with the Lord of Hatred expansion
• Instances where Class quests could not be completed
• Prime Evil Council fight could be used to gain excessive amounts of experience and loot
• • The cooldown for Prime Evil Council granting loot has been increased
• Horadric Cube Crafting Materials were not being rewarded with their associated Kurast Undercity Tributes
• The Butcher could be spawned indefinitely
• Resplendent Cache from Seasonal Reputation did not grant a Resplendent Spark

Now that these bugs have been fixed, players are able to get back to farming and get their Hellfire Torch and proper materials for the Horadric Cube!
