The 2.6.0 Public Test Realm is nearly upon us, starting on February 3, 10:00 a.m. PST and running through until February 10, 10 a.m. PST.
This post briefly covers all the major content being added into the game including new Seasonal content, Balance Changes, new uniques, and more.
The 2.6.0 Public Test Realm is only available for PC Battle.net users.

New Seasonal Content
Kill Streaks
Kill Streaksare a new Seasonal mechanic being added to the game, rewarding players for quick consecutive kills. After failing to kill or damage enemies for a period of time the Kill Streak ends, resulting in earning bonus experience and Seasonal reputation that scales with how large yourKill Streakwas.
Bloodied Items
Bloodied Items are a new type of Item Quality that can drop similar to Ancestral thatgain uniqueeffects that scale in power with your current Kill Streak. This new quality is independent, so items can drop both as Ancestral and Bloodied.
There are currently three types of Bloodied Affixes:
Rampage:
Increase in power based off current Killstreak Tier
Applies to Armor
Ex: Killstreak: 7%[+] Move Speed per Killstreak Tier in your Killstreak
Feast:
Apply Combat bonuses based off total kills in your current Killstreak
Applies to Weapons
Ex: Every 40 Kills in your Killstreak, reset 1 random Cooldown
These bonuses are constant and are not tied to Killstreak Tier
Hunger:
Customizes reward offerings, which scale with Killstreak Tiers
Ex: Elite kills drop Runes more frequently
Applies to Jewelry
Bloodied Sigils
Bloody Sigils are also a new type of item being added to the game which can drop on Nightmare Dungeon Sigils, Infernal Hordes Keys, and Lair Bosses Materials starting in Torment 1.
TheseBloodied Sigils adds a new affix called Relentless Butcher, increasing the difficulty by an entire Torment tier andcausing an empowered Butcher to spawn.
Completing a Bloodied Sigil rewards players with a guaranteed Bloodied Item.
New Uniques
Along with the new Seasonal changes, five new uniques are being added to the game.
Rustbitten Dirk—Unique Dagger

Power:
Attacks apply Vulnerable to Distant Enemies, and Weakened to Close Enemies. Deal 10-30% increased damage to Enemies that are both Vulnerable and Weakened.

Thousand-Eye Reaver—Unique One-Handed Axe
Affixes:
424-457 Life
7-8% Critical Strike Chance
36.5-50% Movement Speed on Elite Kill
Lucky Hit: Up to a 40% Chance to Deal 900-2,400 Physical Damage
Power:
Moving grants Ferocity, and Maximum Ferocity is increased by 1-3. Ferocity also increases Movement Speed by 4-8% per stack.
You are always Berserking but take 200%[x] increased damage as Burning over 8 seconds. While Burning, Berserking grants an additional 75-125% increased damage.

Skills
Holy Light Aura
The tooltip now clarifies that it gains damage from attack speed.
Sanctify
Damage now remains at 90% when selecting the upgrade.
Conviction
Adjusted Rank Up description in tooltip to reflect that the attack speed maximum is increased and not Resolve maximum.
Defiance
Increased the damage-over-time tick rate of Rite of Prayer from 2 seconds to 1 second.
Adjusted the tooltip to clarify Rite of Prayer works by healing yourself as well.
Heaven's Fury
Triplicate base damage increased from 36% to 56%.
Word of Sacrifice (Rally Enhancement)
Health cost increased from 15% to 35%.
Added a duration indicator and UI number to the Rally icon for this variant.
Pronouncement of Heaven (Spear of Heavens Enhancement)
Previous: Spear of the Heavens' first spear gains a permanent Judgement mark and remains on the battlefield, dealing x% damage per second for 8 seconds.
Now: Spear of the Heaven's gains 3 initial spears that deal x% damage per second for 12 seconds. These spears can be marked with Judgement.
Passives
Path of the Penitent
Damage increased from 10% to 12% per stack.
Unique Items
Dawnfire
Updated the tooltip to indicate that the aura around the player changes size.
Activating Holy Light now refreshes the duration.
Chance for Holy Light aura to deal double damage increased to the higher value for Paladin unique items.
Buff duration increased from 15 to 20 seconds.
Added a buff number and duration indicator to the Holy Light aura icon.
Adjusted the tooltip to show its increased burn area per stack.
Sunbrand
Damage increased from 30-50% to 60-100%.
Sundered Night
Anointing passive affix replaced with +2-4 ranks to Aura Skills.
Tempering
Holy Light Aura Potency
Amount granted doubled.

Previous: You deal increased damage equal to 1.8% of your Armor.
Now: You deal increased damage equal to 125% of your Damage Reduction granted from Armor.
Spiritborn
In-Fighter Legendary Paragon Node
Bonus damage increased from 30%[x] to 45%[x].
Bitter Medicine Legendary Paragon Node
Poisoning damage bonus increased from 60%[x] to 80%[x].
Drive Legendary Node
Duration reduced from 10 to 5 seconds.
Maximum stacks increased from 10 to 20.
Updated the tooltip to clarify that the buff does not refresh while at maximum stacks.

Previous: For every 300 Fury you spend, gain 10% of your Maximum Life as Fortify.
Now: After spending 300 Fury, gain 2% of your Maximum Life as Fortify. Deal 45%[x] increased damage while Fortified.

Damage bonus increased from 60%[x] to 75%[x].

Thunderstruck
Previous: Storm Skills deal increased damage equal to 20%[x] of your Damage vs Close and Damage vs Distant bonuses, up to 60%[x].
Now: Storm Skills deal 60%[x] increased damage, and 15%[+] chance to Critically Strike.
Untamed
Duration increased from 5 to 10 seconds.
Guzzler Glyph
Capped at 20% increased damage and Potion Healing.
Necromancer

Blood Begets Blood
Damage bonus increased from 10% to 15%, and maximum bonus increased from 50%[x] to 60%[x].
Now: Consuming a Corpse grants 60%[x] increased damage for 8 seconds.
Scent of Death
Critical Strike Damage bonus increased from 30%[x] to 45%[x].
Bloodbath
Previous: Deal 40%[x] increased Overpower damage. After Overpowering, you deal 25%[x] increased Blood Skill damage for 5 seconds.
Now: Deal 20%[x] increased Overpower damage. After Overpowering, you deal 50%[x] increased Physical damage for 5 seconds.
Wither
Damage bonus increased from 300%[x] to 400%[x].
Frailty
Previous: Cursed enemies take 10%[x] increased damage from you and your Minions. This bonus is increased by 10%[x] each second they are Cursed, up to 40%[x].
Now: Deal 50%[x] increased damage to Cursed enemies.
Imbiber Glyph
Capped at 20% increased damage and Potion Healing.

Previous: Your Burning damage is increased by 20%[x] of your Damage with Fire Bonus, plus 2%[x] for every 30 Intelligence you have, up to 90%[x].
Now: Deal 90%[x] increased Burning damage.
Frigid Fate
Previous: You deal bonus damage to Vulnerable enemies equal to 20%[x] of the total amount of your Bonus Damage with Cold, up to a maximum of 60%[x].
Now: Deal 60%[x] bonus damage to Vulnerable enemies.
Elemental Summoner
Previous: Your Conjuration Skills have a 10%[x] reduced Cooldown or Mana cost. They also deal bonus damage equal to 10%[x] of the total amount of your Bonus Damage with Fire, Lightning, and Cold, up to 60%[x].
Now: Your Conjuration Skills have a 20%[x] reduced Cooldown or Mana cost. Casting a Conjuration Skill increases your damage with their element by 50%[x] for 6 seconds.
