How to Get an Easy Mythic Shako in Diablo 4

What is not to love about getting an easy Mythic item in Diablo 4? Whether you plan on using this item for your build, or just getting a free spark, this guide is going to show you the quest you can do to get a free, easy Mythic Shako.

First, you will need to open up the portal to Old Tristram. If you have already done this to farm a Hellfire Torch, then you can skip to the next step. If you have yet to do so, you will need to do this small quest of finding Deckard Cain's Journals, which are scattered across Sanctuary. There are 10 journals and below is the map showing the location of each one.

These do not need to be done in order, but they do tell a story of Cain's adventures across Sanctuary, so if you are really into lore and want a side of Cain no one has seen before, it is recommended to do these in order. After you read all 10 journals, a quest will pop up on your map at the Imperial Library. Return here, speak to Cain and he will open up a portal called "Deckard's Memory". Enter this portal.

Once inside old Tristram, look for Ogden, the tavern owner. He will give you a quest to look for his tavern sign. The quest will show you need to find it in Diablo's Labyrinth. This is the capstone dungeon you can fight Diablo in.

When you get to the dungeon, you need to look for a demon named Snotspill. He is not going to attack you, and if you talk to him, you will learn that he also wants the tavern sign, so he gives you a key.

Venture deeper into the dungeon, but make sure you remain on the same floor. In another room on this floor you will find the chest that holds the tavern sign. Here you will kill a few waves of enemies to clear the room, and then unlock the chest and collect the tavern sign. You can choose to go back and see Snotspill, but he will just get angry at you and try to attack. He does not drop anything significant.

From here on, return to Tristram and speak to Ogden. He will be very pleased with the return of his tavern sign and gift you a Mythic Shako (Harlequin Crest)!
