Unfortunately Shock builds just outclass everything because of 
Boundless Unstable Currents and 
Meteor does not have a Lightning Variant
However, I fucking cooked and made this thing playable. You're welcome :D
Boundless Unstable Currents don't scale the fuck out of itUnfortunately... to make enough spears you still really still need

The way this build works is you spam Meteor and 
Blaze Teleport
Shooting Star Meteor hits for big damageUnstable Currents will make 
Flame Spear Lightning Spear's and picking up crackling from 
Crackling Energy Teleport will make them as well
Starfall Coronet sucks as it doesn't also scale other damage so you run 
Heir of Perdition
Main Damage
Shooting Star Meteor is your main damageFlame Spear Lightning Spear is also scaledUltimate

Emberfury might be better than Godslayer Crown, but Godslayer is good for Pulling enemies into you. I don't know if Emberfury stacks 25% per Overpower, or just 25% flat.
Berú of the Threefold is best in slot for basically every element. 200% damage, All resistance, and triggers Mastery skills

Static Surge is procced for mana regen. We proc it with 
Orbital Ball Lightning from Berú of the Threefold and Unstable Currents and from 
Chain Lightning from Unstable Currents
Currently I am doing 4 minute T100s with the mythic setup, but only have 28 ranks in Meteor and 15 in Flame Spear Lightning Spear. There is room to grow (My Berú of the Threefold set has no pyromancy ranks, and I took off the shock skill ranks to make sure Boundless Unstable Currents had good uptime)
