Diablo 4 Sorcerer BuildSpark Hydra - X'Fal's

Hydra is very nice for leveling due to its low mana cost. You can essentially throw it any leveling build and have it do work while you utilize the main core of the other leveling build such as arc lash. I would reccomend you don't go full hydra conjuration until L60+ once you are in WT4 and start to acquire all of the uniques in the build.

Get Raiment and Tal rasha from Varshaan at the tree of whispers. Acquire mats killing seasonal mini bosses in dungeons/helltides and they sometimes spawn after world bosses. Farming whispers from the seasonal event also helps acquire these materials.

Get X'Fal's Corroded Signet from Duriel using Shards of Agony (from Grigoire) and mucus slick eggs (from Varshaan).

Boss mats are best spent doing 4 man rotations. These groups are very easy to find on the official Diablo 4 discord. Have everyone link their mats and alphabetical order is typically standard and best. Sell every 4 runs. You will rarely get scammed out of mats this way, I never have.

Shako can be ran. you have enough DR it's fine to lose disobediance

Flickersteps are fine over hectic boots.

With shako, you can drop tibault's for diso pants if you are feelin squish.

This can be ran with diso chest, you would drop teleport enchant tho for maybe ice blade enchant and rework so skill points to get summoned ice blades and replace blizzard on the bar with it
