HYDRA is bugged and there is a large delay on the first attack, you cannot spam it. I don't recommend using this build until that gets fixed tbh Hydra is know by a few names. Cerberus. UwU Derp Danger Noodle. But one thing is for sure, his name is Dylan and he spit hot fire.
The addition of the Hydra Head Weapon Temper solidifies Hydra as a serious build that isn't to be laughed at anymore. This build utilizes both direct damage and burning damage over time. As a result, we take generic damage multipliers in an attempt to scale every facet of our damage.
Once you get the Tyrael's Might Mythic Unique Chest this build should really start to shine as every time you cast Hydra, the Tyrael's Bolts spawn and collapse inwards onto the spawn location.
This build requires Tyrael's Might • It is a dedicated Tyrael's build that takes advantage of the bolt pattern of tyrael's • Tyrael's is used to aid Hydra in mobbing damage • The burn damage from hydra is your boss damage
Enchantments • Familiar Enchant is taken so we passively generate familiars when casting hydra • Ice Blade Enchant is taken to create more conjurations, reduce our cooldowns when they attack, and apply vulnerable to single target
• We run a staff for a double value on shredding blades, and to increase the flat damage value of Tyrael's Might • For Offensive tempers we take Pyromancy attack speed so we can cast Hydra and proc more Tyrael's bolts!

Build Notes
This build spam casts Hydra, you do not sit there and let them attack • Hydra attacks very fast when initially casted, with all the heads rapidly firing the first attack • After the first round of Hydra spits, they begin to spit in a weird staggered rotation • Thus you get the most Hydra spits by Spam Casting for that fast first round of Spits! • Spam Casting will also get the most Value out of Tyrael's Might's Artillery Bolts
1) We will be spamming Hydra, Ice blades, and Lightning spear whenever we can
2) We utilize Ice armor defensively for a large barrier, and you can pretty much press it whenever it comes off cooldown in the endgame builds. It is typically an engage.
3) Teleport is used for mobility, to dodge exploding pools, or as an engage to clump enemies out of range of our evade teleport
5) Flame shield is used to immune frame boss/shade attacks and exploding pools. You can also use it as an engage if Ice armor is down.
How this Build Works Hydra is a conjuration skill that deals fire damage. It lasts for a set duration spitting fire projectiles at enemies. You can increase the number of heads from a base of 3 to a whopping 16 total heads!
How Hydra Scales Damage Half of Hydra's damage is direct fire damage and can critically strike. The other half is burning fire damage from the Summoned Hydra Node that is a damage over time, which cannot critically strike.
As a result we try to balance the two damage types, as you don't want to only scale 1 side of the coin. This is done through taking Vulnerable Damage tempers because it is the best source of damage that can scale Hydra's half burning/half direct damage and Tyrael's damage.
Tyrael's Might is special with Hydra Tyrael's Might is a Mythic Unique Chest that provides a lot of damage reduction. In addition when you are full health, casting a skill will create artillery shrine bolts. It is special with hydra because every cast will create 8 or so artillery bolts that collapse inward onto the spot Hydra was casted. It is hands down the best skill Sorcerer has to utilize Tyrael's Might. It aids tremendously in clearing trash.
