Build Overview

7/16/26 - Fully tested... Jon Snow is BACK (Thanks to Ice Spikes)

B+ tier, will cap around 125 pit (Blizzard is 130-135, Firewall is like 140 in GG gear)
T12 mephisto is possible
T12 in general gets smashed
Note: The general build has Reinforced, but on the damage setup I use Elementalist over it. So level your glyphs accordingly. You can choose to just not use Reinforced.

If you have a 6 charm slot Seal with +Mana when a mastery skill is triggered, you have hit the lotta. Every single Hailstorm Blizzard ice spike you trigger with Berú of the Threefold procs it. You can forget about all resource concerns. Drop Static Surge for Searing Heat

Flash Flame Shield for 3 overpower stacks and Aspect of Elemental Constellation

Static Surge is for regenning mana from Ball Lightning hits with Berú of the Threefold procs

If you get a 6 Charm slot Seal with (Mana on Mastery Skill), you can drop Static Surge for Searing Heat and just take Stalagmite there. This Mana on mastery skill triggers on every single Ice Spike from Blizzard

7/6/26 - build updated to feel snappier and have more immediate damage for helltide farming. Azurewrath Signet of Pelghain removed off all variants except for the Tower push one.

7/16/26 - Massive build update to be a more fun version of Blizzard Ice Spike's. Basically a clone + changed to wand focus

7/19/26 - had to update enchantments and skill trees... Frost works correctly with Enchantment Master, only Lightning and Fire need to double up on elements for 100%. I am annoyed. Removed Reinforced for Elementalist
