- Use defensives as needed
Straight up. This build can be a little clunky. But this is the best version of Firewall we have ever seen as the single target issues have gone away. We now have burst. Flameweaver's allow Firebolt to split when casted firewall. Firebolt can crit, which is great because of Devouring Blaze.
The beauty of this build, and burning builds in general is you really just want to stack Intelligence. In season 4, intelligence is a priority affix and basically rolls on everything, and you have a really good chance at getting a Greater Intelligence Affix. Profit.
You also want as much Crit Chance as you can muster. Unfortunately we need attacks reduce evade boots for teleport enchant, so we cannot run Esu's Boots all the time. However if you are fine with having less crowd control, you can use the Bossing Variant all the time. This is why we have the 3 points in Ice Blades, for a seamless transition requiring only a Boot and Enchant Swap from Teleport to Ice Blade Enchant.
You basically evade around stunning packs and firewalling on them while spamming Firebolt. We get our vulnerable entirely from a lucky hit vulnerable roll on a ring, so we can't run X'fals. To Run X'fal's and get vuln, we would need to drop 2 damage aspects and run accursed touch. I just can't do it.
