Gameplay Loop
  1. Evade on enemies to stun them and lower UC cooldown
  2. Use Unstable Currents as needed (always)
  3. Use Defensives as needed
  4. Spam Cast Chain Lightning
How It Works

Chain Lightning is not in the best spot, but she is usable up to T100 Pit. This is a Teleport Enchant Raiment style build that bops around stunning packs and trying to nuke them while stunned. We utilize an 8 glyph paragon to help bolster the low base damage of Chain Lightning.
