Aspect of Arcane Ward for Aspect of Heavenly Strength, run Lingering Aspect on the staff, Aspect of Merciless Cold on the amulet, Aspect of the Frozen Wake on gloves, then Blasting Aspect on ring. Sunderfrost Aspect becomes the odd man out. Blue Rose cuz you get a really good mythic one, you drop Sunderfrost Aspect ringBlue Rose can be ran as a ring, preferably if you find a Mythic oneBlasting Aspect must always be ran. 90%[x] damage and the 50% increased ice spike radius boosts damage considerably
Berú of the Threefold set is just insanely strong... I am not sure that 
Phoba of the Frozen Sea set is worth it yet.
Azurewrath charmTal Rasha's Iridescent Loop is better because immediate damage = faster farming

Inferno generates overpower for

Familiar is just for a Tal Rasha's Iridescent Loop stack

Need 2 frost enchants cuz 
Enchantment Master works the opposite way of how it says. You need 2 frost for 100% cold damage
Barrier Frozen Orb enchant for barriers/vulnerable application
Frost Nova enchant for freezing/vulnerable application. Also for Resource Generation Frost Nova

The more seconds a crowd control has, I believe the more stagger it applies.
Berú of the Threefold procs all mastery skills for 
Overpower Meteor, 
Ferocity Ball Lightning, and 
Grounding Firewall. Ball Lightning and Electic firewall help proc Static Surge for mana regen.
Azurewrath and Signet of Pelghain are a really strong combo for pushing tower. Besides that, they simply don't get value in most other parts of the game. Mainly Azurewrath when things die before Freeze expires, and when you are fighting a boss that dies way before you stagger them multiple times.
Adept increases Blizzard's skill area which kind of messes up the Ice Spike concentration. Think about wanting a tight shotgun spread. I still need to confirm this and that nothing changed with the expansion on this. If adept also increases Hailstorm Blizzard ice spike radius then I will slot it in the build.
I find the 2-2-2 skill setup needed for Aspect of Elemental Constellation very annoying. If you want to run the aspect just swap 
Firebird Flame Shield to 
Flash Flame Shield

7/1/26 - Enchantments updated to be 2 frost. Enchantment Master is backwards and you want to double up on one element. Updated skill trees to use Inferno for healing/overpower creation
7/3/26 - updated guide to have damage be more immediate, and for the build in general to feel snappier. Adept removed from the build. that was a mistake. I completely forgot it messes up ice spike DPS by ruining the spread of the spikes.
