Sorc Armor Calc - Make a copy

To get to 9230 you need one of the following

• 1 Greater Armor Affix • 1 Perfect armor affix • 1 armor affix and a masterwork hit

Proccing the Mark

• Now only procs off damage from hard casted skills, no enchants anymore • In this build, Flame shield, blizzard, and a hard casted teleport will proc the mark

Scaling Paingorger's

• The base that paingorger's scales off of is the damage number in the skill tree that Arc Lash states it does • This number gets juiced up with Skill Ranks, Lightning Damage, and Damage while healthy • Paingorger's damage will scale based off of Self Buffs, and conditional effects applied to enemies • Self Buffs Include Conceited aspect, Charged glyph, tactician glyph, Exploit Glyph, etc • Conditional effects include vulnerable, burning status, crowd controls like stunned or frozen, Storm Swell aspect, and Control Glyph, etc • Moonrise and Elements are suspected to work • It is a common fallacy to take damage to close as it has a higher value than lightning damage, however if the marked enemies are not close they will not benefit from the damage. I prefer Lightning Damage, as it's value isn't that much lower and it ALWAYS benefits you • Often times marked enemies are at a distance, especially when pre casting blizzard. Even Ball Lightning can suffer from enemies not being considered close when you increase it's radius with the Adept Glyph. • If an enemy is marked, and an arc lash normal cast crits them you will stack up damage to 12%[x] on them and get that 12% added to the echos. The same goes for the Elementalist glyph when hitting enemies with cold, fire, and lightning damage yielding 15%[x]

Things that don't scale paingorgers

• Flamefeeders direct damage multi (pretty sure) • Critical Strikes innate 1.5x and Critical Strike Additive Damage • Overpowers • Adaptability and Edgemaster aspect (again we think Moonrise works, no idea why)

Closing

• For the sake of balancing single target boss damage, it is still smart to spec into critical strike chance, use the Destruction Glyph, and use Flamefeeder. And after all, we are Raiment stunning and grouping packs and smashing them with crits and direct arc lash damage too
