SorcererThis is one of the strongest Sorcerer leveling builds if not the best. It uses 
Static Field Blizzard to deal an insane amount of damage!
This build is very powerful and works without any specific Legendary Aspect. Finding one will significantly improve the build, but it's not required.
Once you reach level 70 and unlock T1, find the gear requiered for the endgame build here.
Level 1 use Fireball until you can reach

Leveling Path is pretty simple with new skill tree. Follow the actual leveling path, not just skill tree!
Blizzard 
Teleport ect.Blizzard you want Static Field Blizzard as soon as possible.Blizzard, 
Unstable Currents and 
Ice Armor
Skill Rotation
Blizzard and everything dies lolTeleport for mobility Ice Armor for defenseHydra to heal yourself and reduce cooldowns.
Gear doesn’t matter too much while leveling, so don’t overthink it. Just pick items that give you upgrade and focus on simple stats like Intelligence and Mana per Second.
For defenses, Armor, Maximum Life, and All Resistances are your best options.
Imprint an aspect if you have one, add a rune or jewel if there’s a socket, and you’ll easily make it to level 70 by following the "Leveling Path" in the Skill Tree.
If you’re lucky enough to find a Unique, feel free to use it, they’re almost always stronger than regular Legendaries while leveling.
