Diablo 4 Rogue BuildPenetrating Shot - Leveling
This is the standard ranged leveling build to progress towards endgame builds such as Silent Assassin or Penetrating Shot - Rapid Fire. We take Barrage on the Skill Tree until we can unlock or drop Trickshot to enable Penetrating Shot.
Build Notes
- Cast Shadow Imbuement
- Cast 3x Puncture
- Cast Penetrating Shot
- Cast Smoke Grenade against Elites
- Cast Dash for mobility.
- Cast Shadow Step to remove CC
- Use 3 Punctures before Penetrating Shot when Imbued, else do a 1:1 rotation.
In Season 3 you can choose to level by spamming Domhaine Tunnels in Scosglen (only do the first section then reset) all the way until you start doing Nightmare Dungeons or you can do Seasonal content and Tree of Whispers. You can also mix in Domhaine Tunnels with Seasonal content to unlock the Seneschal Construct and power it up.
If you find Trickshot Aspect before level 25-35, when you can do Bastion of Faith in Hawezar to unlock it, swap the points in Barrage to Penetrating Shot, Enhanced Penetrating Shot and Improved Penetrating Shot. Once you unlock it from the Codex, you can safely swap.
Add points in Frigid Finesse once you unlock Frigid Support on your Seneschal Construct.
