This weapon deals bonus damage to suspended targets. Gain faster draw time for a short duration when you suspend a target from any source or damage a suspended target with this weapon.

Snareweaver
Snareweaver

Precision hits and final blows build energy towards a Snareweaver arrow that can be fired from the hip. On impact, Snareweaver arrows create a pattern of traps that suspend nearby targets.

This bow leans heavily into the Suspend mechanic of Strand. This weapon can build up to 6 stacks. A precision hit builds 1 stack and kills build 1 stack (precision kills build 2 stacks). With max stacks, a hip-fire shot will create a trap on the floor that Suspends targets.

This bow deals 50% bonus damage to Suspended targets and has boosted draw time after suspending a target. It is also similar to other craftable exotics and can gain bonus perks with the catalyst. The ideal gameplay loop of this exotic is to build up stacks, Suspend targets with the hip fire, deal bonus damage to those targets while building more stacks, and repeat.

The bow is good for crowd control and as a support exotic, but its pacing is a little too slow and the nerfs to Suspend keep it from being in the top tier. It is good in group environments of difficult content as it has anti-champion capabilities and can build stacks off of hits in content where getting kills is less frequent.
