Exotic Class Item with Spirit of the Assassin and Spirit of Synthoceps
Spam consecration and glacier grenade until you have transcendence; then pop transcendence and spam consecrations until everything is dead, making sure to use your super when charged. Use Tinasha's Mastery to stun all champions, and LoW to DPS high health targets. Heavy is your choice - I tend to either use an LMG or an Eager Edge Sword depending on the activity.
