Destiny 2 Warlock BuildRocket Rats

This build turns your primary weapon into a special weapon, your special weapon into an heavy weapon, and your heavy weapon into a primary weapon. Perpetual Destruction is the new artifact mod that will refund ammo for rocket launchers as long as you get multiple kills with it. Rapid kills will return 10% of your rocket launcher's reserves, rounded up. So if your rocket holds 10 ammo, it will get 1 ammo back, but if the rocket can hold 11 shots, it will return 2 ammo since it rounds up. So we want a rocket launcher that can take advantage of this mod the most as well as benefit from all the other crazy artifact mods that we have, which is why we're using Semiotician.

Semiotician is a strand rocket launcher that gets field prep to increase its ammo reserves to 11 (so it rounds up) and Hatchling to create threadlings with rapid kills. You can go for a damage perk here BUT the reason why I landed on Hatchling is because threadling kills will actually count as weapon damage, meaning their kills will also generate ammo for us. They also synergize with a bunch of the other artifact mods and the rest of the build.

Ways to spawn threadlings: Horde Shuttle (artifact), Weaver's Call (aspect), Thread of Rebirth (Fragment), and Mindspun Invocation (aspect) with Threadling Grenade

Ways to buff threadlings: Swarmers to make our threadlings unravel enemies, Horde Shuttle to make our threadlings sever enemies, Unraveling Orbs to give our rocket launcher unraveling rounds AND deal more damage, and To Shreds to make our unravel effects deal more damage.

Our "primary weapon" is Mirror Imago with Subsistence and Hatchling in the rare instances where you aren't using your rocket launcher, and our "special weapon" is Lord of Wolves because this is dealing a lot of damage currently, making it one of the special weapons for DPS which is perfect for this build since we need high burst damage.
