Destiny 2 Titan BuildI Want to Be a Tank! (Old/solar v.)
PvELarger magazine. Increased accuracy when firing from the hip. Picking up Special or Heavy ammo immediately reloads this weapon.
Weapon precision hits or final blows have a chance to load a Kinetic Exodus micro-missile. Activating your class ability fires loaded Exodus micro-missiles. Damaging targets with Exodus micro-missiles temporarily increases the damage you deal with other micro-missiles and Rocket Launchers.

"And Sam, what do you want to be when you grow up?" "A Tank." "Like a tank driver? A soldier that drives a tank?" "No I. Want. To. Be. A. Tank!!!. A tank with rockets, a minigun, and oh oh!..fire and ice lasers!"
Summary Not that kind of tank, not an in your face melee build of MMO parlance. The other kind with big guns and stuff.
A challenge I had with some other Hazardous Propulsion builds I found was that, on a good team, adds were taken out so fast, it was difficult to recharge rockets quickly.
Of course, Hazardous Propulsion does work on sustained crit damage on tougher targets too. But I found it varied a lot. With much credit to Greg for getting me started^, I started testing different weapons. I found Sweet Business's perk that ramps up rounds per minute makes it generate rockets faster on bosses. (see 'rpm testing' for those testing details)
Still, you want to play for common scenarios, like being on a team without anyone having decent add clear builds, so we do have fast and efficient ones built in.
One issue I built this to address is that Sweet Business takes about the time of a business trip to load. So we don’t want to ever manually reload it.
Another issue is maximizing the ability to hit crits of those yellow bars.
Everything is built around those goals to give you minigun, rockets and more rockets because TANK!
In-Depth Explanation
Loop In an add dense scenario, the basic approach is to use Sweet Business and get crit kills on adds too store up rockets until you need them.
If you're full on rockets and there is nothing tough to kill, you can more efficiently clear adds with a melee / diamond lance loop. Just watch the diamond lance timer and sprinkle in other useful destruction as it recharges.
In a not add dense moment... The whole benefit of Sweet Business + Hazardous Propulsion as I noted though is that is can charge rockets, when you need to, fast on yellow/orange bars. So just go for sustained fire on crit spots.
Anything tough or priority to take down, start adding on in this order: 1. for weakening, a grenade 2. for radiant, a melee 3. shoot Hazardous Propulsion rockets 4. shoot rocket side arm and heavy rocket.
