Destiny 2 Titan BuildI Want to Be a Tank!
PvERockets embed themselves in struck targets and periodically eject incendiary fuel that inflicts Scorch. The longer this weapon goes without firing, the more fuel the next rocket contains. Strong against [Stagger] Unstoppable Champions.
Weapon precision hits or final blows have a chance to load a Kinetic Exodus micro-missile. Activating your class ability fires loaded Exodus micro-missiles. Damaging targets with Exodus micro-missiles temporarily increases the damage you deal with other micro-missiles and Rocket Launchers.
strengths
Largely ranged Titan build
Works well even where there are no adds
weaknesses
Temptation to punch things
Build Details
"And Sam, what do you want to be when you grow up?" "A Tank." "Like a tank driver? A soldier that drives a tank?" "No I. Want. To. Be. A. Tank!!!. A tank with rockets, a minigun, and oh oh!..lasers!"
Summary
No, not an in your face melee build of MMO parlance. The other kind of tank with big guns and stuff.
This build goes all in on shooting a lot of rockets.
Shooting stuff to make rockets
Shooting stuff with rockets
And shooting more rockets
In-Depth Explanation
In an add dense scenario, the basic approach is to use your primary and get crit kills on adds to store up rockets until you need them. If you're full on rockets and there is nothing tough to kill, you can more efficiently clear adds with your sidearm.
In a not add dense moment...
Hit those crits to charge rockets fast on yellow/orange bars.
Anything tough or priority to take down, start adding on in this order:
- for weakening, a grenade
- for radiant, a melee
- shoot Hazardous Propulsion rockets
- shoot rocket side arm and heavy
