Build Details
Here is Damage Rotation 1. Arcane Needle 2. Witherhoard then Primary 3. Reconstruction Rocket with BnS 4. With Rocket out, use grapple. Make sure to disengage it early to proc Ascent. 5. Fire 3rd Rocket.
Repeat process and use rift intermittently.
Ascent and Generation are must have Fragments. They gain you your Grapple back faster, along with reloading your Rocket. Necrotic will have escalating damage so don’t spam your Arcane Needle. Use it intermittently.
