Moderately increases airborne effectiveness and hip fire mobility, range, and accuracy for weapons that use Primary ammo.
Final blows with Primary ammo weapons return dodge energy, which can overflow to create additional charges when full.
Build Details
One last thing, you can equip any weapon in the primary and any heavy ammo slot, it doesn't affect the build in any way. And you can have any armor mods on your helmet, not the other armor pieces.
While near enemies:
Hip-fire with skyburners oath to scorch enemies.
2. Successfully hit a scorched enemy with charged melee (yes, I know it's very difficult to hit an enemy with a knife, so get close to the enemy).
Dodge near enemies.
4. Use charged melee to hit any scorched targets from the ignition.
