Gameplay
The flow of this build is to constantly refresh Woven Mail and Invis while spamming super and grenades. Grapple melee and Gunpowder Gamble both start Woven while Strand melee, Incandescent Ignitions and Tether provide debuffs for Stylish. The nice versatility of the build is that your constant up time on super allows for on demand debuffs for bosses that benefit Whispers damage for your rotation. Depending on the encounter you may also have Lost Signal to apply damage over time.
The attached gameplay is prior to the new artifact perks coming with act 2 to show how the build can work past Ep. 1 Echoes. It gets cut off in the clip but my light level going into the expert lost sector is 2003 for context. It is a build that leans hard into the new artifact perks coming but it was nice to find that this build works well without the additional buffs.
Use strong neutral game tools with weapons, Woven Mail grapple melee and Woven Mail Gunpowder Gamble
Use super on crowds to keep super up time low
For DPS use tether to set up debuffs for Whisper
