Arcbolt Grenades have increased chaining capabilities and jolt targets hit. Damaging combatants with jolt or applying jolt to targets grants additional Arcbolt Grenade energy.

Build Details
This build only works for about 2 weeks when the video comes out because it heavily relies on the new Shock and Awe artifact perks Centrifuse only viable with both Sustained Fire and Targeting Autoloader artifact perks, not good normally in high difficulty activity
I wanted to have a build that can take full advantage of artifact perks and this Lucky Raspberry build on Arc Hunter works surprising well on a lot of activities in normal -5 activities, expert battleground while -15 and GM while -21. It's not as braindead as Liar's Handshake one shotting everything on Prismatic when paired with this artifact perks to give it better AoE damage. However, shooting your weapon to get the artifact perk to proc does come up a lot especially when they gave it a 5s ICD.
This build is not that complicated, be sure to use arc weapons with voltshot on your energy slot, or use Centrifuse instead. Copy pasta the rest of the build and you are all set to get some jolt action in your game <3
