Build Details
Breachlight is not needed, but with the Heresy artifact, you can take advantage of other Artifact mods. I lean towards anything with Slice in this slot since you will constantly be dodging.
Dodge, use slice weapon, then use psychopomp to blind groups of enemies, tempest strike that group, move to next.
Covers all 3 champions with a Sidearm (Barrier), Flashbang/Queensbreaker (Unstop), Jolt from Tempest Strike (Overload)
Use Tempest Strike as often as possible. With Gamblers Dodge, Flowstate, and Boltcharge, you should have this ready constantly. You'll have Amplified and Resist from Gifted Conviction for survivability.
Pyschopomp to build up bolt charge stacks more quickly.
Replace Distribution with Reaper if you want more orbs.
